3500㎡の広さを誇るDune du Pylaに植えられたこの50年代のファミリーヴィラからは、海、アルカション盆地、バンクダルガン、ケープポイントのユニークな景色を眺めることができますフェレット…写真を見てください。
ここのスペースは王であり、それぞれ25m²の2つのテラスに面した50m²のリビングルーム、一方は海、もう一方は庭です。独立した設備の整ったキッチン、5室のうち4室は広さ25〜35㎡
そのうちの一つは独立したバンガローです。 全室シービューです。
ダイレクトシャワールームの160室に海の景色を望むベッドがあります。 5つ目の寝室と80の2台のベッドがある小さな子供部屋。

Unkompliziert, einladend und wunderschön

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist fantastisch. Man schaut über das Becken von Arcachon und fühlt sich sehr wohl in dem großen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Räume sind gut und praktisch ausgestattet, es bleibt viel Privatsphäre auch bei voller Belegung, die Bäder befinden sich unmittelbar am Schlafraum. Der Vermietung verläuft verlässlich, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Wonderful view from top of the hill

We had a very nice stay in this traditional house on top of the hill in Pyla-sur-mer. The view is really wonderful and complements the large garden nicely where you can sit in the shade under big trees. There used to be a direct access to the beach, but as the owner told us, this was recently closed and now it is a walk of just under 10 Minutes through the residential streets of the neighbourhood and down a staircase to the beach just below. Unfortunately our stay was a bit overshadowed by the forest fires very close to the house, which meant that we had to evacuate the house during the last days of our stay. The owner Guillaume tried to assist us as much as he could from a distance while surely his mind was somewhere else with his house being seriously threatened by the fires. Guillaume offered to refund us for the nights we could not stay at the villa, which I am not sure whether he had to, since a forest fire seems to be "force majeure", but it was very correct of him to do so. Thanks for that! As you can read in other reviews already, the Hotel Corniche below has an evening programme with music, so that didn't come unexpected. Altogether this villa lends itself very well to a trip with multiple parties, as every bedroom has direct access to a bathroom and the upstairs balcony easily accommodated all of us for dinner. We are happy to have spent the days that we could at this villa, even if our stay was cut short at the end.

Un peu déçus

La maison a été figée dans les années 60. Cela a son charme mais les fenêtres sont d'origine à savoir très mauvaise isolation thermique et phonique. Réveillés toutes les nuits par les voisins bruyants qui sautent dans la piscine et crient jusqu'à 4h du matin. Le boumboum incessant de la musique de l'hotel, bar, restaurant huppé la Co(o)rniche juste en dessous de la maison. Les 3 derniers soirs nous n'avons plus eu d'eau chaude dans notre salle de bains dû à une fuite de gaz.... Bref, belle location et couché de soleil splendide mais munissez vous de boules quiès....

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La Maison est très bien située contre la dune. Diverses plages sont accessibles en voiture ou à pied. La maison en elle même est très belle avec une vue imprenable sur le bassin d’arcachon, un grand jardin et de nombreuses chambres et salles de bain privées. Par ailleurs la maison supplémentaire séparée est un vrai plus en cas de besoin (personnes âgées, jeune couple…). De plus la proximité du fameux restaurant de la Corniche satisfera les jeunes locataires ;) Enfin le propriétaire est très sympathique et a sur prendre en compte nos contraintes de transport. En conséquence je recommande cette maison fortement cette maison.

Les Pins et l'Ocean

citadin ayant besoin de dépaysement j'ai choisi cette location pour son cadre privilégié. Une vue sur l'océan, un jardin parfaitement arboré, un emplacement idéal et au calme. si c'est ce que vous cherchez je vous la recommande.

Excellent séjour dans une villa à la vue exceptionnelle

Nous étions 3 couples avec 4 enfants et avons passé une délicieuse semaine à la villa Isachrisma. La maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse, offre une vue dont on ne se lasse pas sur le bassin d'Arcachon, et est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Le propriétaire est très réactif et fort sympathique, et met clairement tout en œuvre pour que les locataires passent un bon séjour.

Fabuleux!

On a passé une semaine de rêve dans cette villa. Deux familles: 4 adultes et 6 ados. La villa est très agréable à vivre, il y a de l'espace, les lits sont confortables, la cuisine bien équipée. La vue du matin au soir, n'a pas de prix! Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. On reviendra sans hésitation!

Wonderful property and location

We had a really fabulous week staying at this property. The house is an old/somewhat rustic property but is very comfortable and is perfect for a family beach holiday. The view is superb and location is outstanding with an easy walk down to the beach and the Dune du Pilat. The house is also on a large block of land, so our boys enjoyed playing in the garden while we enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck taking in the view! Highly recommended.
