We are very disappointed in this review. We responded to this guest on multiple occasions prior to her arrival and during her stay. Notes for our future guests: The home is beautiful and is exactly as photographed. The guest advised that the microwave wasn't functioning well but they were only using it for popcorn. We immediately took them another microwave the same day reported. but then she didn't like the one we brought and said it was too small. We also checked the grill/griddle on the stove and found that it was not securely plugged in completely. It heats properly. Please see the review from the guest who stayed the week prior who found the home to be beautiful or the guest in August who found lots of attention to convenience of guests and wished they could have stayed longer!

Thank you JW for your review and for choosing Set Sail for your spring break family vacation! Set Sail is a beautiful home and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. As a clarifying note to future guest, our private beach access is 240 linear feet of beach. The beach is divided with 120 linear feet to the east dedicated to the beach chair vendor for those who wish to rent beach chairs/umbrellas. The 120 linear feet to the West is dedicated to personal chair setup by owners and guests who wish to bring their own equipment. Our 12,000 square foot pool is not heated due to the size of the pool. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays and Fridays. We encourage all guest to be courteous and not wait until Saturday check out to fill up the cans.

Hi Ellie. The reservation for these dates and the Rental Contract for them was signed by Scott C so I assume you are part of his family as you are not the guest of record. Perhaps since you are not the one that made the reservation or signed the Rental Contract, you did not have access to all of the listing or Rental Information. Ellie, we do hope that you and your family had a nice time at the beach and made many wonderful memories. Vacations are special times to us all which is why we love sharing our homes with others! For our future guest, the sleeping accommodations are provided in the listing so that each family can choose the home that best meets their needs (a King bed is not listed). The amenities provided are listed in the Rental Contract and are intended to be start up supplies and not intended to last the duration of your stay. As well, all rental rates are posted and available to guest so that each guest can choose the home that best meets their needs and their individual budgets. We would ask that guest read all of our other reviews regarding the home as to how well the home is appointed and stocked. This review is not in line with others at all and frankly we are confused regarding the content of the review. The homeowner did stop by the home and none of the concerns were mentioned. That would have been the perfect time to discuss any of these concerns or others in person. All of our contact numbers are posted at the house, provided in the Rental documents, etc. We are only a text, email or phone call away. We could have arranged a time so as not to inconvenience the guest. As a note, we did have an issue in August (a clogged A/C drain line) which was handled as stated in a previous review. We have not had any issues since then or after this particular guest. If anyone has any concerns regarding this review at all, please reach out to us. We will be happy to provide you with detailed information regarding this review or to answer any questions regarding kitchen item counts, etc. Thank you.

We did respond immediately to a call on your last night of stay regarding the 1st Floor AC. Once we were made aware of an issue, we were able to make a quick repair. Please report any issues to us right away on any of the numbers provided in check in documents as well as posted at the house.
