Casa Girasole is an apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a comfortable living room with a large sofa and an equipped kitchen. The property is situated in a quiet house with 3 apartments. For guests of the Girasole house there are 3 parking spaces available.



The apartment is located in Bardolino, just 100 meters from the lake. By foot (directly to the lake) you reach Bardolino center in 10-15 minutes. There is one supermarket on the ground floor of the house, there are also bars and restaurants nearby.



Bardolino, one of the most visited towns of Lake Garda, offers beaches, restaurants, shops and a port that connects the village with the whole lake. It is just 30 minutes from the center of Verona and 20 minutes from the famous and renowned Valpolicella wine area, where you can taste or buy some of the best Italian wines. In 10 minutes you reach the Gardaland.



The municipality of Bardolino requires a tourist tax of 1.00 euro / person / night, which will be added at the time of booking.

Nice shortstay

We enjoyed our stay in Bardolino. The days were hot, the weather beautiful and the apartment was very lovely. The carpark in the area of the house was very helpful.

Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung super. Beim näheren Hinsehen zeigten sich leider einige Mängel, u.a. schmutzige Dusche und WC. Internet funktionierte nicht, die Eigentümerin war da, konnte das Problem allerdings nicht lösen. Handtücher haben wir keine neuen erhalten trotz Anfrage, sodass wir diese selbst gewaschen haben in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine. Was super war, die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Die Betten waren sauber, neu und bequem. Nähe zum See war super.

Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Fassade des Gebäudes ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Unterkunft sollte an ein paar Stellen (Dusche undicht, Brause verkalkt, wackeliger Wasserhahn) nachgearbeitet werden.

schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnungsvermittlung hat gut geklappt. Alle anstehenden Fragen wurden durch Kontakt mit der Vermieterin freundlich und kompetent unkompliziert geklärt. Wir haben die Räumlichkeiten sauber vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein wenig gestört hat die Lüftungsanlage des unter der Wohnung befindlichen Supermarktes. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
