これは完璧な家族の別荘で、150フィートの砂浜にあります。 家は湖と素晴らしい夕日の遮るもののない景色と印象的な2000平方フィートのテラスに囲まれています。

Relaxing and fun for all ages

We spent a week in the winter with 3 teenagers and 2 pre-teens and it was just the perfect chalet for both kids and adults to have both a relaxing and fun time. The kids spent hours palying ping pong, air hockey, table football, cards, board games and more downstairs while the adults were upstairs reading, spotting brids (trying to!) and preparing meals or just simply enjoying the view. You'll find everything you need to make any type of meals. The kitchen is very spacious too. The house is super clean, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the house is well heated throughout. The little slope in the front of the house is ideal for sledding. The nearby Centre Touristique SEPAQ is perfect for walks. Our host was extremely responsive. Everyone already wants to go back!

Charming home on gorgeous sandy beach, cristal clear water and picturesque sunsets

A wonderful home with its own private, fine sand beach on beautiful Lac Simon. The expansive deck is well designed to enjoy the view, the sunrise and the sunset. The house is lovely, tastefully furnished, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Even the beach towels are provided. We enjoyed a refreshing swim first thing every morning before breakfast, and sipped our apéro on the beach or the deck, admiring the sunset every evening. The host is very friendly, responsive, reliable and responsible. We would love to have a chance to stay here again in the future.

Amazing beach front property

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The home is very comfortable and welcoming, with everything you may need. The location is remote and quiet with a beautiful sandy beach. We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay next time.

Amazing Stay

I stayed at John's cottage with my parents, my sister(+1) and two friends 5 beautiful days/nights in mid-October. The cottage is beautiful and very spacious in and out. Each bedroom has individual thermostat, which I truly appreciate, because we all like different temperature to sleep in. We have to be back in the warm month, so we can truly enjoy the beach and lake. I highly recommend this property Thank You!

We were drawn to this location for its quiet bay, sandy shoreline, and west-facing orientation, which provides beautiful sunset views. The region is enjoyable year-round, with swimming and kayaking in summer, colourful scenery in fall, and a peaceful lakeside setting in winter, all while remaining accessible from Ottawa and Montréal.
