Pets are allow that’s why there is a fence yard. We were never contacted by the guest. All the house features are listed on VRBO.

Business layover

My crew utilized this property while staying out of town on business. They said the accommodations were welcoming. I had no problems connecting with Kenny and he quickly obliged my request for some additional air mattresses. Other contractors on the project were talking about their less than welcoming stay at the local hotel while my crew was able to get the necessary rest and relaxation to perform at a high level and even finished the project ahead of schedule. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area!

A few hiccups but overall a nice property

Nice property but did not feel very much like home; very bare, no internet, had trouble connecting tv to satellite (was plugged into wrong hdmi port). We were not there much as we were in town for a rodeo, but overall thought the property was overpriced. Not very many amenities. Would have liked to sit outside, but there were no chairs available to take outside. Beautiful views and would have liked to be able to sit out and enjoy them. Would stay again if the price was dropped.

Perfect for the eclipse

The property was just what we were looking for to watch the eclipse. Far away from crowds and a big open sky. However, we arrived on Sunday and were hoping to find a restaurant but nothing was open. Fortunately, the market was open so we bought food to cook. However, the kitchen was not very well stocked. We did not have a big enough pot for boiling pasta and the other pans were small too. Also there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher where we finally found glasses. The one cookie was full of mold. Despite the limitations we made do and were rewarded with a perfect view of the eclipse!
