Nice condo complex

Great place to stay and lots of space. We appreciated the information booklet that gave us tips on places in the area. The garage was handy for storing bikes! The area is south of Moab so it is quiet but you do have a bit more driving into the centre of Moab and to trails etc. to the North. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a Fall Getaway

This property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was so nice to get out and enjoy the 4x4 trails during the day and then have a comfortable space to come back to for a relaxing evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Sxs Moab trip

Overall this was a good place to stay. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and this place was pretty clean - had a few stray black hairs in the bathroom tub/floor and the kitchen counter was a little gritty. Some of the dishes we rewashed before use. Would have liked some more comforts like throw blankets and some Kleenex. We stayed for about a week and there was only enough toilet paper/garbage bags for a few days, most places we've stayed provides a lot more than that especially with the price here being higher than a lot of places. This place was nice to have our dog, it stayed nice and cool for him. However even though it’s listed as pet friendly there are strict instructions that dogs aren’t allowed to be left without crating, and not allowed on furniture which doesn’t exactly feel welcoming but depending on different peoples dogs I do understand. Overall if you are coming down to hit the trails this is a great place to store your ride and equipment over night with a large garage available and nice to have dinner in with a grill and full kitchen sets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the location was great, the cleanliness was great... The oven was a little dirty but nothing terrible... My main complaint was that we received an email the night before check out that asked us to load and start the washer strip the beds run the dishwasher etc.... But yet we paid well over $200 in cleaning fee... prior to stay.. And there was an envelope there to leave a tip in I felt we were gouged on that end. But was very happy with the accommodations! Would consider staying again.

Clean, quiet, private location

Not far from downtown, easy access, beautiful view from patio. Some nice perks we haven’t experienced in rentals before: coffee provided, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, salt and pepper.

Clean and quiet with beautiful view!

This is a great property in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the Hidden Valley trailhead. We took walks in the community every evening and enjoyed the beautiful views as the light changed. There is a community pool a short walk away and though we didn't use it, it appeared clean and well kept. We had everything we needed, though we nearly panicked when we realized we didn't bring coffee filters. Fortunately, we found some above the refrigerator (thank you!). We appreciated the mountain biking guide -- it led us to some adventures. The patio was very nice -- the birds in the trees nearby kept us entertained. We felt very much at home - thanks!

The interior was very clean, but there was a lot of dog litter in the yard in front of the entry. I think it was mostly from passer-by dog walkers, but it was still unpleasant to walk out in the morning and see big piles everywhere.
