Only stayed 3 nights - Was not advised about building work taking place on this building right outside the front door of the apartment. Wardrobe door fell off and the sliding balcony door jammed. Bottom’s fell out of all draws in wardrobe. Wardrobe smelled damp. All other furniture was highly decorative but completely impractical! Was given no information pack. Bathroom sink had no plug so wet shaving was a problem and the final straw was seeing cockroaches in the shower.The balcony and view are great. I received a full refund and was able to check into a hotel. but the apartment needs a complete makeover before it is rented out again Phil

wij vonden het een fijn appartement en hebben genoten van mooie zonsondergangen. de stoeltjes bij de terrastafel kunnen wel een update krijgen en de badkamer mag wel beter schoongemaakt worden. we hebben de eigenaar hiervan op de hoogte gebracht.de ligging aan de boulevard is geweldig, ook al zal niet iedereen het uitgaansleven 's avonds waarderen.

The view was stunning. This is why we rented this suite and it did no disappoint. The suite was spacious and well equipped. However as previous renters had mentioned the deck furniture needs to be replaced. Only 2 of the 6 chairs can be sat on. The plywood toilet seat needs to be replaced as it is starting to delaminate. It could have been cleaner, for example there was hair in the bathroom sink. Hence the 4 stars, not 5. But the view is outstanding.

The views from the double balcony are incredible. The apartment is lovely and has all one needs to cook at home. Too many local restaurants to mention. The Chinese and Tia are fantastic and if you love seafood you’ll be in heaven. There is a grocery store right in the building that also sells wine, beer and spirits.

Great apartment with fabulous balcony and at the quieter end of the promenade - loved Quarteira too - lovely clean beach and area with a nice breeze - Owner Teresa really helpful too - hope we will be back again soon

Check-in fácil. Simpatia da dona Teresa e da dona Mariana. Apartamento estava limpo, bem completo e equipado, tinha tudo o necessário para a nossa semana de férias. Correspondia em tudo ao descrito, com 2 ar-condicionados e Wi-fi, incluindo um terraço grande com uma vista maravilhosa sobre o mar e o calçadão, onde relaxávamos e tínhamos as nossas refeições. Muito boa área do quarto e da sala. Um pormenor "menos": em geral, o mobiliário é um pouco antiquado mas tudo é funcional. Os nossos agradecimentos à dona Tereza, não só pelo "bebida" de boas-vindas que encontrámos à nossa chegada, como toda a sua gentileza de estarmos bem. Até à próxima "volta", de Luís e Fernanda.

Quarterback sea front apartment

Perfect location, close to amenities and beach. Several excellent restaurants close by to choose from and a well equipped kitchen to prepare food.Note as bars and restaurants are close by and below apartments it can get noisy in evenings, but for us not an issue, and all music is finished by 12 perfect for a late sit on terrace in the evenings.

Relaxing break

Large terrace that got the sun the whole day. Comfy bed. There are bars and restaurants, however not too lively but we weren't looking for that anyway.Bottle of wine in arrival which was a nice touch.

The outside space (the main reason we picked here) was amazing ! The view both in the day and at night is beautiful. Just a few things that let this place down and stopped it being 5 star we’re no bathroom soapno bin bagsno spare towels (tired and very thin) or beddingno Kitchen Rolland the outdoor table & chairs is falling apart and not really safe to sit on.

Chill, relax indulge

Brilliant location, with Vale d’lobo beach on one side and Quarteira all the way to Vilamoura on the other, no neon lights just quiet Portuguese charm, plenty of great restaurants, bars, but chill rather than party. Beach in front if you with great charming gyms to work out if u wish. Superb terrace to relax, read, exercise, drink eat. Second time in this apartment and wont be the last. Loved it! All communication with the host Maria was charming and promt.

Glass half full but okay

This location is 5/5. The terrace is perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon lounging in the sun. The bedroom is a good size and bed was new. Couch is firm but comfortable. Plenty of dishes but could be reduced for pantry space. Washer was user friendly. The linens- kitchen, bathroom, pillows and blanket were worn and stained. The outside cushions, table and chairs and drying rack all need some maintenance. The shower head needs to be replaced it drips water at best. It was near impossible to rinse my hair. However I am willing to come back and spend a week refreshing the place. Here in winter so night time watching TV there are only a handful of local channels. Owner said she tried to get cable but it didn’t seem to happen. Communication with owner overall was fine. Photos on-line of the suite are when it was in its prime. Still the view from this location is amazing and worth the stay if you’re willing to look at this as a glass half full.

Schönes Appartement & tolle Lage

Wenn man ein bisschen Trubel mag, ist die Wohnung super. Wenn man es gerne ruhig mag, ist das nicht das Richtige..brasilianische Bar im Haus, englische Bars recht und links 😊 das Bad könnte man mal renovieren, und die Möbel auf der Terrasse auch, aber das Bett war neu & gut. Ich mochte die Wohnung & würde wieder kommen 😊

Nice Seaview Apartment

Everything went perfect, from the first contact till Check-out. Apartment has a spectecular view over the beach/sea with a spacious terrasse. Many Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby. It‘s a nice flat for the summer break.
