Das Apartement war sauber und neu. Aber die lage war sehr weit hinten und kein Poolblick.

Der Zugang war nur über zig Treppenstufen möglich.Kein Poolblick kein Meerblick. Terasse unterirdisch mit Blick auf eine Mauer. Abends viele Wildschweine so das wir uns nicht getraut haben eine Hunde Runde zu gehen. Das Umfeld und am Parkplatz viel Müll.Wir sind nicht geblieben.

Mediocre at best.

I want to first say we had fun in Sardinia. BUT a few things…. When first pulling up you might wonder if it’s safe…. Entering from an unkept bumpy dirt road into a parking lot with trash and a lot of buildings looking kinda run down. Inside the apartment was small but cute. We were “upgraded” to a room with a view - which was nice but we weren’t there to be in the room and the pool was now a detoured roundabout walk I stead of being right out the door. (We planned to be gone at the beach most days and the pool hours are early so noise wouldn’t have been an issue- plus we have a kiddo). Couch pullout was comfy. Sadly the trash bins smelled so bad that they were unusable bc of you opened them the entire room and therefore apartment stunk. The third night there were about 30-50 kids petting with pumping music until past 3 am. When I called security they told me just call the cops- which frankly I’m not comfortable doing whilst on vacation away from my home country. Bring cash for the 15 euro tax and linens (15/person). The towels are teeny. Pool is super clean and the property is close to several great beaches!

Relax

L’appartamento si trova in un vero e proprio paradiso. Un villaggio perfettamente integrato nella macchia mediterranea, con tutti i servizi a portata di mano e accesso a delle spiagge stupende. L’appartamento è stato perfettamente ristrutturato e sono presenti tutti i confort necessari per passare una bella vacanza. Host molto simpatico e preciso. Consiglio caldamente.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, komplett neu renoviertes Apartment. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe, sogar mit Privatpool.

Costa Paradiso,herrlich zum Schnorcheln

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und man hat einen tollen Blick über den Pool und auf das Meer.Die Ausstattung ist komplett neu.Der Pool ist leider nur von 9:30 bis 13:00 Uhr und von 15:30 bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet.Es gibt einen großen Balkon,jedoch fehlen hier ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle(Soll aber noch kommen).Für 4 Personen empfinden wir das Appartment zu klein.Es gibt kaum Stauraum und das Schlafsofa ist direkt am Backofen und Küchenzeile.Leider waren vor uns extrem unordentliche Mieter,welche die Wohnung in einem fürchterlichen Zustand hinterlassen haben.Es mussten Elektriker kommen,Die Spüle war mit Glas verstopft und der Geschirrspüler war kaputt.Lampen mussten repariert werden.Die Putzfrau hatte zu wenig Zeit zwischen Ab- und Anreise die Wohnung in einen Top Zustand zu bringen.Uns wurden jedoch sofort Lösungen angeboten.Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war perfekt.Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist sehr hart,ist aber natürlich Geschmacksache.Vor Ort gibt es diverse Restaurants und auch einen Supermarkt.Trotz unser anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten,verursacht durch die Vormieter,würden wir zu zweit wieder Urlaub in dieser Wohnung machen.Die Fotos auf der Seite sind von einem anderen Appartment, unseres war viel schöner.Handtücher muss man mieten,welche auf der Webseite inkludiert sind

Costa Paradiso is a great place to stay

Thanks to Gabriele and Alberto for giving great information regarding beaches and restaurants, which made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment has just been renovated and is of a very good standard and just what you require for a holiday. We will definitely go again You will definitely need to hire a car as it has very steep hills and also is about 1 hour 15 mins drive from Olbia airport, but the scenery is stunning. Also stunning are the sun sets which on a clear evening throw so many colours across the water and is very picturesque. There is a pool on the complex which is a good size, but no small pool for children. Would recommend the apartment and location especially if you want a quiet holiday with lots of sun, sea and sand.

That's the Paradise !!!

Beautiful house located in the heart of Costa Paradiso with an amazing swimming pool. Calm and quiet, with a very good location, as it was located in the center of the village with all the services easily reachable by foot. The house was new as it was recently completely renovated, well equipped and clean. We couldn't have asked for better: very friendly staff, thanks Alberto for all your advice, you are the king of Costa Paradiso! We will come back for sure as soon as possible!
