The staff are very responsive and helpful. The property is clise to bus stop and train station. There are all the kitchener wares, washer abd dish washer so it is good for longer stay

Nice apartment with a very small sea view

Fully equipped , comfortable and clean apartment. Location is very nice near the sea and walkable to Lagos centre. When you’re inside you can’t see the sea and this felt a bit claustrophobic. The terrace is very small and has no deckchairs, only a small table and 3 chairs. Nice pool on the roof with deckchairs but no shade.

flat R/C C (floor 0)

We (3 people) spent 14 days in flat R/C C (floor 0). The check-in procedure is not that easy, there is no one on site who can provide assistance. It is therefore advisable to read the various information you receive in advance carefully and to keep the various codes to hand. The flat is spacious, but is in great need of renovation. The kitchen equipment is a mixed bag. There is a lack of cutlery. The filter coffee machine, which is available in addition to the capsule machine, deserves praise. On the other hand, the extractor bonnet is completely faulty and where the lighting was originally supposed to be, there is now just a black, empty hole. Just like the one or other drawer that falls apart when opened. The kitchen window can only be opened and closed using brute force. The double-leaf sliding patio door in the living room has certainly been broken open in the past, and plastic pipes in the rails now ensure that it can no longer be used. There is actually a washing machine and also a dishwasher. The safe did not work, nor did the three remote controls for the air conditioning units. There are cupboards and drawers full of old electrical appliances from different generations. You then have to laboriously pick out the right one from a variety of paper operating instructions. The siphon in the washbasin has certainly been leaking for ages, as you can clearly see from the bathroom furniture underneath. The mattresses are good. The balcony is clearly too narrow and also very dirty and littered with discarded objects. The pool on the roof (8x3 metres) is quite nice. There are also sun loungers (8 of them), but these should be used with caution as some of them are broken. There is no shade in the pool area, which severely restricts use when the sun is strong. The pool was cleaned twice in the 14 days and has been tested.

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, gut eingerichtet und gepflegt. In direkter Nähe zum Strand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung war freundlich, schnell und hilfreich. Empfehlenswert, jederzeit wieder!

Views were not as advertised

Nice apartment but not what we thought we were renting. Beware of properties that say the configuration of the apartment you rent may differ from the pictures. Never rent unless you know the address and entry details before you agree to rent the property. You probably want to look it up on Google earth first. We arrived at the property before knowing entry details and had to call. The pool in the picture does not belong to this property or if it does, it was not explained or shown to us. The person who helped us enter the property was great, and if not for her we would have gone elsewhere an tried to get our money back. Communication with both VRBO and the property owner was inadequate or worse. Never accept any entry details from a property that uses Vikey and says they will send a signal to your phone that will allow you to place your phone next to a screen and automatically open doors. This property did not do that, but others we used did. The electronic signal does not work with some (many or most?) American cell phones. VRBO has gone down hill; beware of using their “premium providers.”

a peaceful location

The apartment was lovely, clean abnd all facilities that were needed. We had a problem with unlocking the main front door which was a concern, we were responded to quickly by the rental team on how to fix it but hopefully it will be replaced to stop this happening for other guests. It was A short walk across the road to an amazing beach. Not many beach bar options for lunch but the ones that were there were very friendly and good food. The marina and town of lagos was a lot further than the advert listing implied, it was a good 20 minute walk to the marina and a further 10 to 15 minutes to the town. We had no car so relied upon a hourly bus service ( which didn't really follow the timetable) or taxis. The town and marina, once there were both very nice. Overall a lovely holiday, just personally longer to lagos than we anticipated.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in moderner FeWo

Eine relativ ruhige Wohnung mit viel Platz und ordentlicher Ausstattung -wenn auch leider ohne eine Kaffeemaschine oder eine Teekanne.Lediglich eine Nespresso-Maschine, was das Kaffeekochen mit Kapseln für mehrere Personen erschwert. Im Bad leider deutlicher Schimmel , aber die Betten sind von sehr guter Qualität. WiFi funktionierte super und die Dachterrasse ist toll.

Außerdem kann man bequem in ca. 30 Minuten nach Lagos gehen und somit auch das Auto mal stehen lassen. Das Team von Rental Valley hat uns bei zwei kleineren 'Problemchen' superschnell und kompetent geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmals diese Wohnung buchen.

A great place to stay

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very well equipped, has a pleasant balcony, great proximity to the beach and Lagos’s center but it’s in a quiet area. We definitly would recommend it to our friends.

Amplio, cómodo y mejorable

El apartamento está muy nuevo, es muy luminoso y está bien ubicado, muy cerca de una magnífica playa y a corta distancia de sitios de interés. La cocina es muy completa y amplia. Echamos de menos un kit de café de bienvenida para la primera noche. Le falta mantenimiento: tenía fundidas varias luces, una la del baño, lo que obligaba a usar la lampara asociada al extractor que es ruidoso. La puerta de salida al balcón desde el salón estaba bloqueada y no fue posible abrirla durante la estancia, solo pudimos acceder al balcón desde el dormitorio. El balcón es lateral, pero se ve el mar, delante de la casa hay una carretera por la que pasan continuamente coches lo que le resta cierto encanto para la ubicación tan extraordinaria que tiene.

Unglaublich schön

Beautiful apartment
