While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues that diminished our enjoyment. The mattress is one of the rooms was quite worn/stained. The firepit outside appeared in disarray. The deck on second floor had no furniture ans shown in the photos and a really really bright light couldn’t star gaze at all.

Family vacation

The house was very nice. It rained the day we arrived but the kids didn’t care because of all the games, which was great. The record player was also a nice touch. The host was very responsive with any communications. We tried many of the recommended places to eat/things to do in the area and were not disappointed by any of the suggestions. Overall it was a great experience.

Perfect for a family getaway

We had 5 adults and 3 teens and we were all comfortable. There was plenty to do in the house for when it rained and plenty to do around the area when the weather was nice, so many parks and fishing opportunities. The kitchen is great and had everything I needed for cooking!!

Nice experience

This cabin is a lot bigger than we thought, which is a good thing due to the rain when we stayed. There is plenty to do if you bring kids with you. We very much enjoyed the yard Yahtzee. The coffee bar is fantastic. There were a lot of birds in the area, there was also a cardinal complete with babies in the bush right next to the dining room window which gave a nice morning call. It was clean and "move in ready"when we got there.

Adorable and cozy log cabin!!

This is our second time back and we all had another wonderful weekend at this property! The log cabin gives a wonderful and cozy feel for family to be together creating memories. We all enjoyed our time there and the new additions in the basement made it very fun for the kids too!! An amazing time!!!

Weekender Chicks

Very nice property, plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy. We chose not to cook at the house but everything that we would need was supplied. This house did not disappoint.

Great getaway

House was absolutely perfect. Very cozy and had all the amenities. We Love the basement workout out area and other activities. Picking food from the garden was my granddaughters favorite thing.

Amazing Cabin Getaway!!

My family had the best time at this adorable cozy cabin! We happened to be there for a snowstorm and it couldn't have been a better place to be! The wood burning stove made it so comforting to come into after a walk in the nearby trails. Jacki goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need during your stay and is very responsive to any questions you may have. We made such wondeful family memories and would love to go back again! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!

Fantastic Weekend

My friends and I stayed at the cabin to celebrate two birthdays and just get together. The cabin is so homey and just lovely. The hosts haven't missed any touches at all! It is clean, comfortable and decorated so nicely. As if on cue, it snowed, and with all the windows it added to the wonderful ambiance. We hope to make this a yearly event! Can't wait to go back!

Perfect family and friends staycation

This beautiful cabin in the woods was wonderfully appointed and nicely decorated. The layout accommodated our 8 young children and 2 adults. The basement space and games kept the kids entertained as well as the outdoor land. Many snowmen were built! It was a great little getaway for the kids winter break. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Check-in and check-out were simple and without any issues. Thank you so much for sharing your house with our families.

Amazing Cabin

The cabin was everything we had hoped for and more! The privacy and peace and quiet made for the perfect getaway. The host, Jackie was very nice and we will absolutely be returning in the future. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Family trip

The cabin has everything you need for a great milt getaway. The fire pit is great and was used every night and the bbq was great for dinners. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee pot which is important was great to get us going in the morning to get out fishing. We will be booking again for next year!!

Fishing trip

Came up for a Father/son fishing trip and must say this place delivered. I can honestly say that even though the pictures are great, it still doesn’t do this place justice. Will Deff be staying here again.

Nobody likes the basement right? Here you will! There is a mini gym down there with a treadmill, spin bike, heavy bag, Bosu, hand weights, and even workout towels and water for you.
Not feeling a work out? Try out the Air Hockey or Foose Ball table or just chill down there with a second TV.
You truly feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with all major amenities within 10-15 minutes.
