Four bedrooms: 3 x double, 1 x twin with additional bunks suitable for children of 12 and under (Bunks are not made up). Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and handwash basin. Compact shower room with microbath and shower over, WC and handwash basin. Kitchen is to the side of the sitting room with dining area and breakfast bar, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, double oven, microwave, toaster. Sitting room with sofas and chairs, log burner, freeview TV. Outside the sitting room and master bedroom is a balcony with bench seating. A staircase leads up to a roof terrace with table and chairs. Parking for one car.

Pub and amenities within a 5 minute walk. Sea views, off road parking, initial supply of kindling and fuel for fire, bed linen and towels provided, travel cot, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, off road parking. PLEASE NOTE: The bunk beds are not made up. There is parking for one car at the property. Additional parking can be found further along the lane that leads under the Menai Suspension Bridge. 1 well behaved dogs welcome. Note: The WiFi can be intermittent at this property due to the location.
