We have been coming to Los Gigantes since 1995 and have never tired of the wonderful scenery, friendly people, and village atmosphere. Nothing ever changes here and we chose this apartment because of its’ breath-taking views of the cliffs, ocean, and harbour. Sitting on the terrace and enjoying the wonderful sunsets is a must!

Your comfort and enjoyment is our priority and we leave nothing to chance. We continually strive to provide the best home from home experience and are rewarded by our guests returning year after year.

We live in Hampshire, on the south coast and much enjoy walking our cocker spaniel Harris in the nearby country park. We also enjoy rowing on the River Hamble, pottering in the garden and spending time with friends and family.

Los Gigantes is a former fishing village located on the west coast of Tenerife and is famous for its majestic jaw-dropping cliffs known as the Acantilados de Los Gigantes. The village was named after the cliffs - Los Gigantes meaning “The Giants.”

Its very own micro-climate, regarded as one of the best in the world, means that Los Gigantes enjoys enviable warm dry weather all year round.

A quaint and charming seaside village with a marina, which has remained much unchanged over the years and there is just one road in and one road out. The attraction of Los Gigantes is that it does not cater for “massed tourism.” It offers a perfect blend of awe-inspiring views, laid-back island vibes, and ocean adventures.

The marina is just a short walk from the apartment and is full of small yachts, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Throughout the village there is a wonderful choice of excellent cafes, bars and restaurants to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Any time of the day is perfect to taste the delicious gastronomy offered by this village. You will find options catering for all tastes, whether you are looking to try the most typical and traditional dishes of the Canary Islands, enjoy fresh fish and local specialities, or if you prefer to opt for international cuisine. a central piazza with a church also feature. The beach Playa de los Guios, located just before you reach the harbour has the natural volcanic black sand of the island.

Nearly one third of all whale and dolphin species pass through the Canary Islands and the coast near to Los Gigantes is a particularly good place for spotting them. Head to the marina and you will find a number of boat companies offering whale and dolphin tours and what could be better on your holiday than spotting one of these fabulous creatures.
