This was the perfect place for 6 of us on a golf holiday.

The house was clean, tidy and extremely spacious. We made good use of the pool, table tennis, pool table, gym room, as well as the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Would definitely recommend for large groups. The host was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great time during our stay. The location was fantastic, the house was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. However, one of the bathrooms had some plumbing issues, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, our experience was wonderful! 27/07/24

Great villa on a very nice location

Great villa on a very nice location. Close to the beaches and 45 minutes drive to Lissabon center. We we're with 18 (of which 6 kids) and had more than enough space. The swimming pool, table tennis and pool table were great and all our questions were answered quickly. Would definitely recommend with a big group! 10/08/24

We really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication was quick and there was always at least one person available to contact. The villa was clean and as described. Sadly the heating for the pool did not work and the ph level was fluctuating so we could not use the pool every day. We had a great time in Lisbon and were very happy to find this villa. 24/09/24

Beatiful house just outside Lisbon

I stayed with 13 friends at this house and we enjoyed it very much. The communication was fine and the check in was as easy as it gets. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative aspect is that you have to drive for about 30 min to get in the city, however other then that, everything was very good.

Much more spacious that photos with everything supplied that we needed. Bedlinen/ towels and pool towels were good quality. Very reasonable to use uber for local shopping. Short walk to very large supermarket which supplied good variety of produce. Would recommend for large group or small group liking own bedrooms. 09/08/25 Bedroom blind in upstairs bedroom broken and was supposed to be fixed but despite reminders wasnt. Meant difficult to as very bright and not private if light on. Bins not emptied as per info meant food waste etc had to be left in bin bags. More bins would have been preferable for 16 adults.

Beatiful house just outside Lisbon. I stayed with 13 friends at this house and we enjoyed it very much. The communication was fine and the check in was as easy as it gets. Very functional and convenient holiday villa for large groups

Very functional and convenient villa, excellent for larger groups, including for people with reduced mobility. Location is good for enjoying the beautiful beaches closeby and the hiking trails in the nearby pine forests, although if you plan on visiting Lisbon regularly you need to consider the horrible traffic to cross the 25 avril bridge, which is pretty much constant. The service from the agency was great, as we had a few problems during our stay with the dishwasher and the washing machine and they immediately send a technician to fix or replace the machine. Very happy with the stay. I would definitely recommend. 31/08/24

Amazing value for money. Easily accommodated group of 16 (9 adults and 7 children). Great to have pool table and table tennis. Still used the pool despite heating being out of order. 02/11/24 Top floor doesn’t have shutters so could do with having thicker blinds. Balcony room blinds don’t stay down. Bath plug missing. Outside furniture starting to perish as are inside sofas. The price, however, more than reflects these minor faults

Passionate about landscapes, new cultures, and adventures, we started to rent our own villa in 2012 to finance family trips.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

The villa it is located in a village called Belverde. About 700 meters you can find a supermarket and 5 km away is the Aroeira Golf resort, where guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses, Aroeira I and Aroeira II. Belverde is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports.
About 9 km away, you'll find beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset, and that after nightfall turn into discos or live music bars.
