The flat is ideally situated, just a 10-minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with rocky sections that are perfect for climbing and create private little niches for sunbathing. There is also a surfing school operating on the beach. We were only a two-minute walk from a bus stop, making it easy to hop on a short ride to the local shopping mall, though it’s also walkable in about 45 minutes.The flat itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities you could need. There are two large TV screens and very good internet. There are also two balconies and a nice outdoor space with a table, chairs, and sunbeds. For us, having our own washing machine, plenty of drying space, and an iron and ironing board was a real bonus. The landlords, Luz and Andres are very kind and helpful and keep you well supplied with towels, bottled water and all the bits and pieces you are likely to need.

Die Küchenausstattung ist voll ok. Die Sonnenmöglichkeit auf den Balkons bzw. auch auf dem Hof sind sehr gut.Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Einschränkend muss man sagen, dass man wohl unbedingt ein Auto benötigt. In der Siedlung gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Lediglich ein Hotel ist am Strand.

Wir können die Rezension von Gaby und Peter vom April 2022 voll bestätigen!Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung in der Inselmitte mit Schnellstraßen- und Flugplatznähe (ohne Straßen- oder Fluglärm) ideal, um mit einem Mietwagen vom 25.11.-02.12.25 die Insel zu erkunden. Die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Reihenhaussiedlung ist im 1. Stock mit externem Zugang – sehr sauber – schnelles WIFI – jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und sehr guter Matratze (es gibt noch ein drittes Schlafzimmer) – Küche und Bad mit allem Nötigen und mehr ausgestattet, (z.B. Ge-würze, Öl, Duschgel, viele Handtücher) – separates WC – 2 Balkone – 2 Fernseher (nicht genutzt) – kurzum: eine Unterkunft in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Mietwagen kann in der Wohnstraße abgestellt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend, die Wohnungsübergabe läuft völlig unbürokratisch. Ein Kompliment an Luz und ihr hervorragendes Deutsch!Wir vergeben die 5 Sterne gerne und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Maria und Hiltrud

Casita acogedora con todo lo necesario

El propietario encantador, nos hizo muchas recomendaciones. La casita super limpia, colchones cómodos y la cocina con detalles como aceite, sal, cafe… que para unos dias nos ha salvado de tener que hacer compra. A 5 minutos de aeropuerto en una xona tranquila. Para loverse hace falta coche si o si, pero ocurre para poder ir a cualquier sitio de la isla.

First but not last visit to Fuerteventura

The apartment at Playa Blanca was exactly what we wanted for 10 days winter sunshine; a reasonably priced property in an ideal location with suitable transport links. The apartment was clean and tidy, well equipped and very spacious for our party. The apartment is part an urban residential development. Nevertheless the area was safe and quiet, with everybody we met being very friendly and helpful. The wonderful sandy beach is a 10 minute walk away and a 5 minute stroll takes you to the bus stop where the Number 3 will transport you all along the coast from Puerto del Rosario to Las Salinas del Carmen for €1.40 per person per journey. An adequately stocked mini market is a 5 minute walk away for any quick essentials, but a Number 3 bus journey further up the coast will take you to Lidl for a more substantial shop. Andre and Luz were superb hosts; warm and friendly. They communicated with us effectively from booking to arrival and provided us with all the information we required to make our holiday run without any problem. Since we arrived late afternoon to early evening, they generously provided us with basic food provisions should we be too tired to venture out to eat after our long journey. The gave us our space and privacy but were always close at hand should we require any help or assistance. This was our first visit to Fuerteventura but the excellent climate and the friendly welcome from everyone we met, particularly our hosts, this will not be our last visit. Thank you! Paul & Catherine

Wir waren vom 1.3-30.4.2022 hier. Objekt liegt in einer Reihenhaussiedlung, mit hauptsächlich berufstätigen Einheimischen/Hundebesitzern...(muß man mögen...war aber ok) Sehr sauber, Matratzen sehr gut, zwei Balkone ! Alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht - Kaffeemaschine muß in die Küche...wurde aber sofort besorgt ! 2 Fernseher vorhanden - einer hat Netflix wir haben beide nicht benutzt. Überraschenderweise WIFI schnelles Internet. Gemütliche 10min zu Fuss bis zum Strand mit tollem Strandkaffee-WC auch vorhanden...Super für Familien mit Kindern ab ca. 6 Jahre (wegen der Treppen - für Kleinkinder/Babys nicht so gut...) Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt zu den Besitzern, die Frau von Andres spricht sehr gutes Deutsch! Wer eine Wohnung sucht mit Strandnähe,Schnellstrassennähe, Flugplatznähe ohne Tourismus. Wir vergeben die 5 Sterne gerne, und wünschen der Familie alles alles Gute und viele angenehme Gäste. Ganz liebe Grüße schicken Gaby und Peter
