Casalle, comfortable restored holiday home with private swimming pool

Casalle is a comfortable and very complete, beautifully restored holiday home in southern France for 6 (+ 2 babies) people with a large private heated pool. The house is quiet situated and surrounded by a large private area with a big lawn and various trees for the necessary shade. Next to the house is a multifunctional covered area where a nice "chill spot" for the children has been created (complete with TV screen) but where also the car can be placed. There is also a ping-pong table. Important note: the house allows only 1 dog per stay.
Interior
Cozy living room, with loft, sitting area (sofa foldable to 2-ps bed), beautiful wood stove, TV with satellite, home video, DVD, stereo (radio / CD), dining table and French doors to terrace and garden. Casalle has an open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer. Utility room with washing machine. Separate toilet.

Upstairs: Bedroom 1: a double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 2: a double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 3: two single beds (80 x 200). Nice bathroom with bath and shower cabin. Second (separate) toilet.
Outside
Large fully fenced garden (trees) with private (fenced and heated) swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters (deep 0.95-1.90 m) with loungers. If use is made of the pool heating, the energy costs for this must be paid locally.

Surroundings
Casalle is a delightful rural holiday home in the Dordogne in the wooded hills on the border of the departments Dordogne and Lot, equidistant (about 25 km) from the two rivers of the same name, about which a trip by canoe or kayak is unforgettable. On the Dordogne we mean the view of medieval towns such as Beynac, La Roque-Gageac and Domme, and the castles of Milandes, Castelnaud and Montfort. Please visit also Sarlat and the caves of Les Eyzies and Montignac. In the Lot Valley you can drive the "Circuit touristique des vins", from the magnificent Château de Bonaguil (29 km) to the wine town of Cahors (31 km). Your house is only 3 km from the nice town of Cazals where you will find everything: shops, restaurant, bank, post office, market (Sunday), tennis court and a swimming lake with beach, playground and pedaloes. Villefranche-du-Périgord 10 km. Two golf courses within a half hour drive (Vitrac and Siorac).
