Welcome to your private beachside villa retreat, around 200m from the beach, and near restaurants and supermarkets!



This bright 4-bedroom villa in a peaceful no-through-road area blends airy comfort with easy walkable amenities. Picture yourself cooling off in the private pool after beach strolls, firing up the charcoal BBQ under the pergola for family dinners, or enjoying snooker and ping-pong in the basement games room. Ideal for car-free family holidays.



Step inside to four air-conditioned bedrooms ground floor double with private bathroom, ground floor twin, plus first floor double and twin, both with private bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast area and direct BBQ/outdoor dining access. The cosy living room offers two 3-seater sofas, fireplace, AC, cable TV and free Wi-Fi throughout.



Guests love the expansive outdoor space: 8x4m private pool (1-2m depth, heating available April–October with 48h notice/extra cost, weather permitting), sun loungers, pergola-shaded dining table for 8+, and epic basement games room (snooker, ping-pong, table football, darts, outdoor basket hoop).

Fantastic holiday villa

Fantastic place to stay - really close to a brilliant supermarket, a beautiful beach and a short journey to Albufeira.The villa itself is massive and lovely. Everything was exceptionally clean and the welcome we received was great. The reason for one star off - there isn’t enough parasols around the pool, the beds are very, very firm and the back garden

Overall we had a lovely stay in the villa. It was very well equipped for a family. The location is perfect. The lounge area would benefit with comfier sofas. There were only 3 of us staying, but if there were 8 of you it would be a bit tight. The barbeque area outside was perfect. Again, the garden area next to it could be a lovely space if it was landscaped.

Great Stay!

We regularly stay in VRBO properties and this was one of the very best experiences we've had! Communication with the host was easy and the host was very helpful. The property was beautiful and just what we were looking for! Everything worked. Location was great. Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Maresia. I'm ready to go back already!

Autumn break in Gale

Spacious, clean and lots of bathrooms. The games room was appreciated by our 3 boys and my wife and I. Should have gone for the pool heating when we booked as it was chilly at this time of year 19 degrees but went up to 28 on our last day. Well located for the beach and great supermarket round the corner and an Aldi only a few mins away. Great trip.

In need of a small renovation...

Very nice location, pool with good solar positioning and nice outdoor space for BBQ. Interior needs to improve confort, old couch, old mattresses, smelly bathrooms, with ants, heating failed some days on the pool.

Lovely Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here! A lovely pool with great outside seating and a bbq. We also got a lot of use out of the games room in the basement! Fantastic service when we needed more towels delivering. There’s a supermarket very close by which sells all the essentials and Aldi is about a 30 minute walk away. Only slight disadvantage was the air con in the bedrooms wasn’t very good, so it was quite hot at night. However this didn’t impact our experience and we would definitely like to return next year! The air con in the bedrooms didn’t really work, particularly in the downstairs bedrooms.
