pretty house under an aerial corridor

although located a few dozen meters from the sea in an idyllic corner with a great restaurant, next to the house and a great swimming pool, the price of the house is much too high for a house, located under an air corridor. The planes pass every ten minutes some days we couldn't hear each other talk. We talk about that at the real estate, she says noone never talk about that !! I leave this comment in order to future people know this very ennoying. Except that the peuple were nice and the house very correct.

Maison bien placée mais vétuste

Maison vétuste (surtout salles de bains) qui aurait bien besoin d'être rénovée. Demandez à voir des photos des salles de bain et des laves linges et vaisselles avant de louer pour vous faire une idée. dommage car bien placée. cher pour le prix

Not good value for money

Well-located and nice pool. However, the house is not 'good value for money' compared to other houses I've stayed at in the same area. The interior of the house is old, rusty, and dusty. To give some examples, the beds are old, creak, and make noise; the dishwasher is in the hallway (which is absurd); the kitchen equipment is very limited if you want to cook (missing dishes, basic cooking utensils, etc.); there is no water pressure in the main bathroom, there was no hot water in the upstairs bathrooms, and it's impossible to turn on the air conditioning and dishwasher at the same time because the power goes out. The water has been cut off, the barbecue is disgusting (and only two burners work), there's a constant smell of rotten eggs, etc. In short, it needs an update or a more reasonable price."

Damp, dated and scruffy. Not as it appears

unfortunately thre are a number of aspects about villa Delfin that were disappointing. There was broken glass from a smashed lantern in the garden that had not been cleared up. The garden in places was extremely overgrown and had not been tended to ( the door from the bedroom onto the patio was inaccessible). But the main complaint was the terribly damp state of the villa. There really is a major damp problem in the property. The walls are discoloured and peeling in places. Light fittings and fixtures are rusty. The laminate floor is damp underfoot and lifting in places. Bed linen and furniture feels damp as a result. The house smells damp, as do our clothes having been hanging in it for a week. Although the pool area was very nice and the look of the villa very attractive the inside is very dated, in need of attention and the level of damp really did affect our enjoyment. Adding to the problem is the fact that many of the doors and windows are ill fitting with gaps letting drafts and cool air into the house. I don't mind staying somewhere with a rustic feel and character but I'm afraid to say villa Delfin is dated and in need of attention. I'm also struck by the potential danger of the glazing to the lounge, a big expanse of glass that literally wobbles to the touch and represents a real hazard. The glass must be decades old and to be safe ought to be replaced with toughened, double glazing. Im surprised you are willing to list this property. The price we have paid based on the standard of the accommodation does seem high and much as we enjoyed Menorca and particularly the location of the villa, we really couldn't recommend villa Delfin to anyone I'm sorry to say. 3 Villas made everything so easy and stress free. The villa wash lovely and in a great location. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this comfortable villa despite the weather 😄. We will book with 3 villas again!!

Ein schönes Haus auf einer schönen Insel

Das Haus überzeugt mit einer wunderbaren Lage. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzecken für jede Wind- und Sonnensituation. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Schritte und auch der Ort ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind super. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Töpfe und Pfannen sind neu. Das absolute Highlight war allerdings der Gasgrill auf der Terasse. Ein Wort zur Betreuung vor Ort: Sobald eine Frage oder ein technisches Problem auftrat, war Toni per Whatsapp behilflich oder sorgte für Hilfe

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Three bedrooms - two doubles (both en-suite) and one twin-bedded – all with air-conditioning. There is an additional bathroom adjacent to the twin-bedded room.
Lounge, furnished to a high standard, with sofa-bed, TV, DVD player with home cinema “surround-sound” system plus Sky satellite (feel free to bring your own Sky Card). A picture window overlooks the pool and open-plan to dining area and kitchen.
Dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with full range of domestic appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine, and also has a new log-burning fire.
Beside the pool, we have built a new patio, which is part covered. This is dual purpose, with sun-beds available for those who wish to bake themselves, and a waterproof gazebo and outdoor lounge for shade. The large dining table seats eight comfortably for outdoor dining in the balmy evenings

Binisafua is a residential area located in a privileged place, just 800 meters from the famous fishing village of Binibeca and only 600 meters from Binisafua beach. Despite touching the sea, this area moves away from the hustle and bustle of large resorts allowing its guests a relaxing holiday. In spite of them, it has the advantage of the proximity of restaurants or supermarkets.
