Lovely House in a wonderful area

The house is very nice and the area is fantastic. If you like nature and a not so touristy area, then you are right.

Clean, warm pool, silent area (except some dogs), in total very good for us.

We enjoyed our stay

The house is located at a beautiful location. The view is excellent and the ocean is nearby. The house overall is good and enjoyable. It is not the most neat house but it did not bother us much. We reallt enjoyed the pool and the views.

All fine...Nice balcony with mainly mountain views, quiet. Loved the heated pool! Only the kitchen knives were blunt as in all holiday homes...

Overall good.

Constructive feedback is always good for improvement so here goes:The positive - stunning views, clean and tidy, well equipped, comfy beds, good location (car absolutely necessary), good size pool, very good communication with rental company.Negative - a little difficult to find, pool not cleaned often enough and although heated had to be turned up as too cold, a couple of bottles of water would have been appreciated on arrival, barking dogs.In general though a good stay and would recommend.

Schön gelegene Wohnung, sehr ruhig

Gut gefallen hat uns die Größe, der schöne Ausblick, gute Küchenausstattung, der warme Pool, stabiles Wlan, das gute Kaffepulver Optimierungen könnte es bei den durchgelegenen Matratzen, der fleckigen Bettwäsche, der Sauberkeit des Pools geben. Die obere Haustür war nicht abschließbar.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren bereits Gast in diesem Haus. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, sind wir dieses Jahr wieder dort hin. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, sogar mit Grill und beheiztem Pool. Im Winter schlägt allerdings auch hier die Energiepauschale zu, so dass man einen Aufpreis von 210 Euro für 3 Wochen für das Beheizen des Pools mit einberechnen muss. Ich habe es genossen vor dem Café trinken bereits eine Runde schwimmen zu können. Das einzige was erneuert werden sollte ist die große Couch. Da spürt man schon die Holzumrandung beim Sitzen. Sonst war alles top. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sonnige Hanglage mit Pool

Wir empfehlen bei Ankunft sich im Supermarkt vorher mit allem einzudecken, denn im Haus ist nichts zur Begrüßung vorgesehen, auch kein Trinkwasser. Nach einer anstrengenden Anreise an einem Sonntag sind wir bei Dunkelheit und Nieselregen im Haus angekommen, das über einige steile Stufen zu erreichen ist. Die Beleuchtung auf der Treppe funktionierte nicht, was die Agentur umgehend durch einen Elektriker reparieren lassen wollte. Dies haben wir abgelehnt, da wir an diesem Tag unterwegs waren. Das Haus liegt malerisch am Hang, nicht alleinstehend und gehört zu einem etwas älteren Feriengebiet. Nachbarn sieht man aber eher selten. Ein Mietwagen sollte vorhanden sein. Der Parkplatz befindet sich auf der Straße vor dem Objekt. Wir haben den schönen Pool und die jeweiligen Terrassen sehr genossen. Der Pool wurde außerdem während unseres Aufenthalts von einem Poolboy gereinigt. Das Haus war sauber, gemütlich und es fehlte eigentlich an nichts. Die Kaffeemaschine war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionierte einwandfrei. Positiv war auch, dass es deutsche TV Sender gab. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Villa with fantastic views

The villa is up in the mountains above Agaete. Wonderful views of the valley and also across to Tenerife and Mount Teide. Car essential and need to be comfortable with steps down to property.

war sehr schön hier. Pool war größer als gedacht und sehr sauber. Ein neuer Toaster und Kaffeemaschine wäre gut und einen Ofen zum Aufbacken haben wir vermisst.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement. La maison est agréable et confortable mais c'est surtout la vue qui est incroyable. Et la piscine chauffée très appréciée par mes filles.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Die Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen. Sie ist sehr sauber. 1x pro Woche wird sie geputzt, Handtücher etc. gewechselt, Pool vom Sand gereinigt. Es ist alles vorhanden. Der TV ging mal nicht, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Der beheizte Pool ist genial. Dass hier die Gockel krähen und Hunde bellen ist normal auf der Insel. Am nahe gelegenen Hafen kann man wunderbar essen. Ich kann das Objekt nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und der Agentur.
