Offering timeless accommodation across 3 floors, this authentic townhouse has been recently updated throughout, for hassle-free holiday stays.

The 1st floor entrance leads to a double bedroom and a contemporary family shower room, whilst the 2nd floor features a double bedroom, a flexible guest bedroom and a 2nd sleek fitted family shower room. To the 3rd floor is an uplifting living room. A modern sofa and flat screen TV accompany a modern kitchen diner for 6 and a scenic private balcony. The living room also benefits from exposed wooden floorboards and an ambient wood-burning stove, for a timeless year-round ambience.

The flexible, WiFi-enabled accommodation is complemented by a private outdoor parking space.

The authentic townhouse is located along ‘Via Monte Brione’, 38062, between Riva and Arco. Guests are placed 2-2.3km away from the shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the Riva lakeshore and its lido beaches.

The Rilke promenade and Arco Arboretum are 10 minutes away. The ancient Arco castle, 4km away is reachable on foot in 51 minutes. For keen walkers and nature enthusiasts, the famous waterfalls and scenic footpaths of ‘Parco Grotta Cascata Varone’ are also easily reachable by car, in 10 minutes.

Loved Arco!

Place was nice and modern. Check-in process caught me off guard as I didn’t know I’d have to stop a town over to pick up the keys. After a long day of travel, making another stop wasn’t preferable.

The only issue is the location is difficult to find, the direction and pictures of how to get there need to be updated. Maybe better signage.

Amazing property!

We had a great stay! The views, the vibe and the apartment were more than we could ask for! Walking distance to two really good restaurants. The only inconvenience was the check in process. You need to retrieve the key from the box pretty far away from the property. Wish the box was right at the apartment. I would love to come back to Casa Alla Grotta one day!

Eine geräumige schön eingerichtete saubere Unterkunft. Etwas abseits des Trubels direkt am Gardasee war sie perfekt und mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet. Alle Fenster mit Fliegenschutz ausgestattet, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Lediglich für Fuß/Gehschwache wäre sie nicht so ideal, da sich die Wohnräume auf drei Etagen erstrecken und man viele Treppen steigt 😉 Der Service bei Problemen, beispielsweise mit einer kurzzeitig ausgefallenen Internetverbindung wurde sofort und Problemlos vom Ansprechpartner der Agentur sowie deren Hausmeister behoben, wirklich top. Ebenfalls positiv war das tolle Restaurant Grotta nur zwei Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, quasi ein Geheimtipp. Das Essen vorzüglich. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Fahrminuten vom Ortskern und dem See entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop und Lidl) sind dort problemlos gegeben. Top Wohnung- top Preis Leistungsverhältnis!

Zweckmässig und heimelig!

Hat wunderbar für 4 Kletterer (1 Frau, 3 Männer) gepasst. Haben Apéro auf kleinem Balkon und gemeinsame Aufenthalte im grosszügigen Wohn- und Esszimmer geniessen können.

Typisch Italienisch wohnen

Casa alla Grotta ist ein typisches trentinisches Landhaus in dem kleinen Dorf Grotta. Man fühlt sich wie ein Einheimischer. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, ideal für 3 Paare. 2 Bäder sind ebenfalls vorhanden, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man kann sich hier rundum wohlfühlen.

L'appartamento è bello. Su tre piani, con due bagni, dettagli curati. Ampio terrazzo. La cucina è fornita di tutto (pentole, bicchieri, posate) comprese bustine di thé e un pacco di caffè.
