2017年5月2日に、Villa Zaztunの4つのコンドミニアムすべての大規模な改修を開始しました。 塗装、完全なキッチンのオーバーホール、バスルームのキャビネット/棚、天井照明、家具の張り替え/再カバー、屋上のグリルエリアの塗装と拡張。

2017年11月に最初のゲストを迎える時間に間に合いました。

新しく改装されたコンドリートの1つの写真をアップロードしましたが、アートワークやその他の装飾を除いて、すべてがほぼ同じように見えることを知っています。

各コンドリートのベッドルームにはエアコンが付いており、クイーンサイズのベッド、戸棚、ドレッサーの引き出し、エンドテーブル、ランプ、椅子があります。地上階の場合はプライベートパティオに、上階の場合はプライベートテラスに直接アクセスできます。 または、美しい熱帯植物、木、好奇心friendly盛なヤモリに囲まれた中庭でリラックスしましょう！

別のベッドが必要な場合は、エアマットレスを提供できます。

バーベキューとリラックスエリアを備えた素晴らしい屋上パティオからは、趣のあるサンミゲルの街並みを一望できます。サンミゲルは、日光浴やカクテルの共有、ロマンチックな食事に最適です。 夕方に時折、遠くの教会の鐘の音にスターゲイズ。 椅子やテーブル、ベンチ、サンラウンジャー、グリル、ハンモックがあり、美しい帆の陰があり、通りや周囲の家からプライバシーを守るために周囲の1/4の壁に囲まれています。

Villa Zaztunの4つの島をテーマにしたコンドリートにご宿泊のお客様は、無料の高速ワイヤレスインターネット、多くの英語を話すチャンネル付きのフラットスクリーンテレビ、レンタル料金に含まれる毎週の清掃サービスをご利用いただけます。 追加の安心のために、それぞれにデジタル金庫があります。

A hidden gem with the best value

Our visit was delightful. The property is well-maintained and very clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The hosts, Robert and Sharon, are excellent. The location is close to the grocery store, and the view from the rooftop was beautiful.

Perfect condolito in Cozumel

This place is just perfect. Near Cozumel center, groceries or small local stores. Walking distance to sea and playa. The condolito was clean and well equipped. There is a nice terrasse on top of the building to relax. Internet was bumpy and unstable but the host worked hard to find solutions. Robert is really hands on and willing to improove things. He takes good care of the place. Thanks you very much, definitely recommend the place and would return anytime.

COZUMEL LONG TERM

Based on searches and choices, Villa Zaztun will meet all your needs. Primary trip is for groceries, straight down the street, less than 5 minutes. Centro walk 20 minutes, 15 in a brisk walk. The Villa has the kitchen items needed to stay long term. Washing machine would be a great addition, its the only comfort item missing. Rooftop provides a view of your surround area. There are no beaches in this area, rocky entry points here and there, a taxi or rental will be needed to access them. I extend my stay and would stay again if I return to Cozumel.

A wonderful month long stay

Robert and Sharon have a beautiful complex surrounded by tropical plants and wonderful birdsong. They were great and very responsive to my requests. There were a few things that happened beyond their control and everything was fixed in a timely manner - really, no waiting! Two supermarkets just a few blocks away that carry everything you could want and more...There was always a line of Taxi's waiting in front of both supermarkets if you didn't want to call one. What I liked about this place was the feeling of independence and safety. I could get anywhere and do anything freely. Having only 4 apartments made this building very quiet yet you felt you were never quite alone in a new place. There was plenty of hot water if choose to turn on water heater and great water pressure in shower. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Villa ZazTun Perfectly located, close to grocery store, ocean, park, and short walk to Centro. The Villa had everything we needed for our 5 month stay. It is a quiet, clean, secure Villa. We were also lucky to have 2 great property owners who saw to our every need if we needed anything. Great place would Definately recommend it. Corpus Christi treasure!

Villa Zaztun condolitos are a Corpus Christi treasure. The Corpus Christi neighborhood in Cozumel is a quiet and beautiful area and Villa Zaztun is also quiet and beautiful. One of our favorite aspects was the rooftop. We watched the sunrise most days on the rooftop while having our coffee and then spent some time doing yoga. It was a great place to overlook the community and also to watch the sunsets. There is not a view of the sea from Villa Zaztun but it is only a few blocks to the water. Robert and Sharon are wonderful owners. They have done a beautiful job of creating a place that is comfortable and affordable. The property manager, Rosie is also wonderful and so very helpful! Our stay at Villa Zaztun was a wonderful one and we made such great friends and memories the month we were there. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful Visit to Villa Zaztun!

Our condolita was clean, up-to-date, and the perfect place for a Cozumel getaway. Robert was a wonderful host, continually making sure we had everything we needed. Located in a great spot, close to grocery stores (right up the street from Chedraui), restaurants and the beach. We couldn't have asked for more! We will be back!

Sharon and I bought and completely renovated all 4 Condolitos at Villa Zaztun in 2017.

We moved permanently to Cozumel two years later. We live in a home that is 10 minutes away from Villa Zaztun.

When off the island, we have a wonderful property manager who lives on the island year around. She is caring and will help you with your Condolito needs and answer any questions you may have about the island or the property itself.

We understand that selecting a vacation rental, sight unseen, is a leap of faith. At Villa Zaztun our motto is very simple; "What you see is what you get"! That is our personal guarantee to you!

What does our motto mean to you? Pictures and descriptions of each of our 4 Condolitos and the property in general are accurate, up to date and EXACTLY what you can expect to find upon your arrival.

Not only do you have access to us or our property manager 24/7, you will be provided with our personal phone numbers and email addresses should you feel the need to reach out!

We also realize that vacation rentals are all about amenities and convenience. When you ask for something, our or our property manager's immediate response will be "How many do you need and when do you need them by?"

Should you have needs that fall outside of the norm of vacation rentals, please don't hesitate to ask! As long as they are legal and moral, we will do our best to accommodate! :-)
