This spacious 120 sq.m. seaside home offers stunning sea views and is located in a quiet, upscale residential area of Aegina, ideal for families and guests seeking relaxation, privacy, and comfort.
The highlight of the property is its very large, sunny terrace, beautifully arranged with sun loungers, outdoor sofas, a large dining table, and outdoor showers — the perfect setting to relax, dine outdoors, and enjoy unforgettable sunsets overlooking the sea.
Inside, the house is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It features a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and three bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room includes a 55” Smart TV with Netflix, making it ideal for relaxing evenings.
The sea is just a short walk away (approximately 100 meters), offering easy access for swimming. Additional organized beaches can be reached within a 5-minute drive. The area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes and villas, making it ideal for a calm seaside holiday.
Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. A car or bicycle is recommended for added convenience, although the property is also accessible by public transport.
