Whole villa with 2 apartments and 180° sea view

Fancy seeing the sunrise from the sea on your very own terrace? This unique property is situated on a terraced olive grove surrounded by lush mediterranean plants and typical stone walls. The house can host 11 people spread over two fully equipped apartments which share a large terrace. Each apartment has their own kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms. You always get the whole house - no matter how many you are! It also is a wonderful option for a group of friends or two families.
The apartments come with satellite TV, wifi and a living area with a stone barbecue.
Big plus: there is an outside shower! A bath in the sea is only an 8min walk away.
The villa is very quiet as it is situated slightly off the main road and is accessible only on foot via a 80m path (with approx. 10 stairs).

Marina di Andrano has various swimming areas. The closest access to the sea from the villa is an 8min walk, and only 15 minutes on foot to the famous Grotta Verde (water cave). Another very beautiful place to swim is Acquaviva, only 3km away. The pretty and historic town of Castro is a 10min drive and you can reach the famous town of Otranto in half an hour.


🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €80, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €400 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
🔥 In winter, this house is heated with electric radiators that can be placed around the house freely, based on your needs. The first radiator is included in the price; in case you'd like more than one radiator, you can request additional ones at the price of €5 per day each. Unfortunately, due to the incredibly high prices for electricity we're forced to charge this extra cost. Usually, we recommend one radiator per bedroom that you use, and during the day you can place them into the living room or kitchen. We kindly ask you not to exceed the temperature of 20 °C inside the house, in order to limit power consumption. Thank you :)

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
