In absolute peace and quiet, with a magnificent view of L'Estérel in a charming Provencal village, the Villa boasts a peaceful 1,200m2 garden, a large 9.00m x 4.50m swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols that will satisfy both adults and children in complete safety.
The terrace is furnished with tables and chairs for 8 people, a shaded relaxation area and a barbecue area with plancha for your meals.

The villa comprises a large living room including :
- A fully equipped kitchen for your comfort

- 1 separate WC next to the stairs
- 1 dining room with table for up to 8 people
- The living room opens onto the terrace with an unobstructed view of the Esterel without vis-à-vis.

FIRST FLOOR :
- 1 bright triple bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200cm) and 1 single bed (90x200cm)
- 1 children's or adult's bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x200cm) and 1 single bed (90x200cm)
- 1 spacious master bedroom with 1 double bed 180x200cm
All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and very sunny thanks to large windows.
In the central hallway on the first floor you'll also find :
- A bathroom with a beautiful water-jet bathtub
- Another bathroom with Italian-style shower
- 1 separate toilet

Umbrella bed on request. Bed linen and towels provided. Housekeeping included.
Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
(Towels may not be used at the pool).

No pets, smoking only outside. Children welcome.

LOCATION
Ideally located between Cannes and Fréjus, the villa is a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you'll find all amenities (bakery, supermarket, butcher's shop, pharmacy, bar/restaurant, post office with cash dispenser, doctors, pizzeria and restaurants (parking is free).
There's a Provencal market 2 days a week. Various festivities throughout the summer: balls, dances with meals, Provencal entertainment. In the heart of nature, between sea and mountains, hikers can discover the Lac de L'Avelan and its magnificent landscapes. And don't forget the Var hinterland, with its typical villages such as Fayence, Montauroux, Mons, Comps and the Gorges du Verdon.

The villa is located close to a quiet, peaceful hamlet. Travelers will have access to the pool and garden, so your peace and quiet will be respected. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
