LLEVANT (PORTOCOLOM) - Apartment with sea views in Porto Colom.

Welcome to this beautiful apartment for 4 people in front of Portocolom's port.
A astonishing views over the port of Portocolom will accompany you during the pleasant moments you spend in the fantastic terrace of this apartment. Every morning or evening will be memorable, accompanied by a good coffee or an exquisite glass of wine, or simply a good reading listening to the soft lullaby of the waters and feeling the cool breeze.

This second-floor apartment, without elevator, is pure comfort and warmth thanks to its beautiful and modern rooms with parquet floors. In the same space, this flat features the living-dining room where to watch TV-Sat or chat beholding the views and an equipped kitchen with ceramic stove. There are three dormitories, two of them with two single beds and another one with a double bed, TV (Spanish channels), en-suite bathroom with both separate bathtub and shower and exit to the terrace. Likewise, two of the bedrooms have a dressing room and the third one features just a wardrobe. There are also a cot and a high-chair. Furthermore, there is another bathroom with shower and the laundry features washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ultimately, the accommodation provides our guests with ducted air conditioning.

The location is simply perfect. The house is located just in front of the port and you can go for a walk while contemplating the ships. At only 1.5km you have the sand beach of Cala Marçal to spend a great day. If you like golf, the nearest course is Vall D'Or only 6km away. In the centre of the town, there are all the necessary facilities such as restaurants, shops or supermarket.

Rosa was an absolutely wonderful host - we appreciated her communication, thoughtfulness, and welcoming attitude. The area was beautiful - very peaceful! The apartment was spacious and clean - we loved the outdoor patio. It was very easy to find parking.

Incredible Experience

The property is gorgeous - super clean, modern and spacious. Location in front of the water and restaurants is amazing. Grocery store at ground floor and restaurants same street. We took a wonderful boat tour and it literally left from our front door. How convenient. Rosa - owner is great and opened her store at night so we could grab essentials as we checked in late. Very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Will be back again for sure !

Appartement impeccable

Appartement impeccable, très bien équipé avec une vie magnifique sur la baie/marina. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique par la propriétaire Rosa avec un panier de produits locaux et une bouteille de vin. Elle possède aussi un petit marché au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble qui contient de délicieux produits. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour!

Wir haben den Urlaub bei Rosa sehr genossen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Rosa die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Besser als im Inserat!

Eine Traumwohnung, ausgestattet mit allen nur denkbaren Annehmlichkeiten. Über Erste Hilfebox, Kerzen, Waschpulver, verschiedene Sorten Folien für den Haushalt, Terrassenbeleuchtung, Bidet und nicht zu vergessen ein Tiefkühlschrank war alles reichlich vorhanden. Begrüßt wurden wir u.a. mit einer Platte Schinken , frischem Baguette, eine Flasche Rotwein und vielen Naschereien. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar, was überhaupt nicht erforderlich war. Und nicht zu vergessen der sagenhaft schöne Blick über den Hafen. Resümee: wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
