I have rented many rentals for many years, and this was one of my favorites. My priorities include a good bed, good water pressure with a good shower head, and lots of kitchen amenities for family-cooked meals. The condo was very clean, had good furniture, and a great family ambiance. We also enjoyed the floor plan. Will definitely stay again.

Great location — Super Nice!

Great location right in old town Port A, but hidden away at a dead end street — so no traffic at all! Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and bars. Community pool was nice for an after beach swim. The townhome is spacious enough for 7. The beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked with essential dishes and cookware. Decor is simple and tasteful. We are very satisfied with the property overall and would highly recommend it to family and friends; and we would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and ready for check in! The only complaint is that the grills were dirty! We couldn’t cook on them.

Perfect Vacay!

Will definitely stay here again! Straight shot to and from the ferry, walking distance to some restaurants/stores! Convenient location to everything! Adults/teenagers all slept comfortably and condo was perfectly equipped!!!

This is a very beautiful home. We had a lovely stay. I only wish there were trash bags available (I had to purchase my own) and that I was informed about "trash day". I took the trash (which was full) to the curb, but it was not picked up when we were there. It was truly a wonderful experience and I look forward to visiting again.Truly,Mary

Great Location good Size

Originally was just gonna have my family but had room for my sister and her family to join us. Walking distance from a bunch of places or Rent a cart and park it in the garage and drive places.

Amazingly Peaceful

The property was nice and spacious. There were 2 couples a teenage boy and a toddler. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The bed in the master ensuite was very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful but conveniently located near restaurants. Would definitely here again.restaurants and stores.

Friends weekend

The house is very spacious and a great set up for bigger groups. Very clean, except the outside grill was dirty. The parking is very limited, especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Great location to walk to most of the popular bars & restaurants.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room and amenities. The house was clean and well staged. Property is not that far from the beach either. We were able to ride our bikes there with ease. Property management responses to our inquiries were very timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, and convenient

Overall great experience!A nice clean place that’s centrally located to the main points of interest. A lot of it is walkable if you are so inclined, but an automobile or golf cart (if you are a dare devil) is my recommendation.The communication about check in could be a little clearer but take that with a grain of salt because I like to be super prepared. We didn’t get check in info until right before check in time. And since we were traveling 7 hours I didn’t want any surprises. Luckily all went well.Parking is tight, especially for more than one suv or pick up. It is workable for two vehicles but more than that would be an issue.

Great Family or Group Getaway

This property is spacious and in a great location. It is central to restaurants, activities, shopping and the beach. Yet, tucked away in a quiet community off the main path to reduce noise and traffic. The pool on the property is a very nice amenity. There are plenty of books, games, cards and TVs to entertain a crowd. The main living is upstairs, so I would not recommend it if you struggle with your joints or climbing stairs. The views are limited. But still a great place to stay at an affordable price. I’d highly recommend it and stay there again myself.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was super clean and even still smelled “newly built” when we first walked in! The two levels of the house allowed for guests to have privacy and spread out. The house NEVER felt cramped with 10 people. The master bedroom/bathroom was super spacious and the 2nd bedroom upstairs was a very good size too! Loved the electric grill outside on the 2nd floor balcony and didn’t even have to use the bigger one on the deck in the backyard. Plenty of bathrooms space for all guests. The community pool was VERY nice too! No complaints at all with this rental. We will definitely be back.
