Location was excellent. Close and walkable to everything. Kitchen was good and able to prepare simple meals. Washer/dryer combo difficult to use. Rooms are very tight for larger adults.

Location great, smells not so good

Need to address the septic smell in the apartment. Although the location was great and the beds were comfortable and it had all that we needed for our stay in Galway, I cannot get over the odor issue.

Clean. Safe, lovely property

We had a nice stay while in Galway. Check in was very easy (don’t be alarmed to receive instructions on the day of check-in). The entrance is off of a secure courtyard so very quiet and safe area. The building is situated just off of the dock area with nice views of the water from the living room and master bedroom, as pictured in the rental listing. The entire unit was very clean and pleasantly decorated. In addition, we thought the layout was perfect for 6 guests. We had difficulty with showering, as hot water was only available in one bathroom which proved a little difficult managing shower times for 6 adults. Property management communicated and attempted to resolve the situation, but unsuccessfully. This was our only disappointment as we purposely searched for lodging that had two showers. We would highly recommend staying here if hot water has been restored to master bathroom.

Great getaway in Galway!

We had a very comfortable stay! Great location. close to the rail station and the sites to see in town. The place was perfectly set up for our group of four. During the booking process I did not see it mentioned there would be three flights of stairs into/out of the building. If it's not on your listing, please add it. For us it was not an issue but it would be a disaster for anyone with a mobility issue. We were able to figure out the laundry machine but it might be nice for future guests to have some easy to follow instructions. The checkin and check out process was very smooth. Hope to be back in Galway soon and would love to stay here again.

Spacious, great location, harbor view

We were four adults sharing the apartment - and it was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, within short walking distance of mall, plus shops, restaurants - and short walk to bus pickup for Galway City day tours and for ride to ferry (if you plan to visit Aran Islands). We didn't need a car. Note that there are a LOT of stairs, so consider this if anyone in your party has mobility issues. There's a flight of stairs to reach the entrance, another flight to reach the living/dining/kitchen (and one bedroom) area, and then another flight of stairs to reach both bathrooms and two other bedrooms. The bathrooms would benefit from some shelving and towel racks and the bedrooms could use nightstands on both sides of the beds. The kitchen was well-appointed and had sufficient dishes, drinking glasses, flatware - and lots of spices, some coffee and tea. We appreciated having a good sized refrigerator. All in all, a very pleasing and comfortable stay - we would rent again.

Perfect location

House is in perfect location to explore. Lots to do close by. Very clean and well equipped. Only warning is there are lots of stairs. I think the kids counted 48! Makes dragging luggage up three flights difficult. But stay was lovely and I’d recommend.

From start to finish…Sinead & her team were great. They helped to make our stay memorable and fun! Communication was excellent…responded quickly to all our questions and provided wonderful suggestions for us. Location of apartment was perfect. It was clean, organized and had everything we needed. Great location

Close to everything and can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The space was perfect for a larger family. Check in process and communication with the owners were both very streamlined.

Family Stay

This property is in a good location. Everything was walkable. We are a family of 5 (3 adult children) and everyone had their own bed! The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Check in was smooth. The only issue was an odor - unfortunately, we smelled a sewage like smell when we entered. It came and went throughout our stay and was better when windows were open, but it was definitely there. The apartment was immaculate and once we smelled it outside the apartment. Like I said, apartment was very clean so not sure what that was about??? We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful. Perfect location.

The property is right on the water with great views and short strolls to everything. Literally a 6 min walk to the train station and there was a chemist downstairs! The flat is clean warm and Sinead dropped off really good coffee, what an unexpected sweet surprise!
