Our unit is an updated beachfront property on beautiful Marco Island. We are only a beach walk away from world-class resorts, sightseeing, shelling, water-sport charters and fine dining.

This non-smoking luxury condo is located in the gated South Seas Club community on the 15th floor with a breathtaking western sunset exposure. Not your typical rental unit, we only rent our condo for 4 months each year (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr). Minimum stay is one month.

We use this condo as our second home. We have our own lithographs and paintings on the walls and everything one might want in a second home including Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen cable TV, and wall-to-wall window overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, sliding glass door to the lanai and black-out drapes to ensure a good night's sleep! There is also a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a tub and a shower.

The living area includes an entertainment center with a 40-inch flat-screen TV and blue ray player, as well as wall-to-wall views of the Gulf and a slider to the lanai.

The dining area is open to both the living area and kitchen in this open-concept unit. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, coffee maker, rice cooker, etc. !

The 37-foot lanai has outdoor seating with six chairs, two large and two small tables.

We live on Marco Island full time and are available to get you settled when you arrive, answer any questions about the area and respond immediately to any requests or concerns.
