We recently stayed at Lakeview Lodge in Dollar Point, Tahoe City and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this beautiful, spacious house. The layout is perfect for groups or families — with multiple bedrooms (including a fun bunk room!) and plenty of space to relax, socialize, and enjoy quality time together. vrboThe hot tub was a standout amenity — clean, welcoming, and perfect for soaking under the stars after long days exploring Tahoe. The house is newly renovated, stylishly designed, and very comfortable throughout. vrboWe also loved the location — situated in the desirable Dollar Point area with lovely lake views and just minutes from Tahoe City, Skylandia Beach, trails, and great restaurants. It made getting out to enjoy summer activities (or winter skiing) incredibly convenient. vrboInside, the home felt cozy and well-equipped with excellent entertainment options, comfortable beds, gas fireplaces, and thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. vrboOverall, this was one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever booked — beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a memorable Tahoe getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Beautiful home, amazing location!

Overall, plenty of space for our group everything was wonderful especially the views of the lake. Host was responsive & helpful throughout our stay and prior. Probably not the best option if you intend on cooking most your meals as oven isn’t the best.

Lovely Home, perfect to hang out with friends

Amazing location! Right near a fire station too and the lake! The sunset was amazing to see from the patio. Jacuzzi was great add on! Overall our friends and I had an amazing cozy time. The bunk beds are surprisingly big. Think a couple can sleep there if they are 5 foot 8 or less and slim. Super cute bunk beds. Will definitely book again!

Tahoe reunion

Wonderful family vacation at beautiful Dollar Point home. Home is well equipped, has a great location and lake view from the deck, We would definitely recommend this home - clean, comfortable and ideal for a family vacation.

Luxury meet comfort - We felt right at home!

My group of seven friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and easy to settle into for a few days. The beds were very comfortable and the design of the house felt very functional and thoughtful. The view from inside and out on the deck is so beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and close enough to stores, hiking, and adventures. The property manager communicated arrival instructions clearly and was responsive when I had any questions! We would absolutely book again!

Terrible property management

Received an email from the property management company after my stay with a bill to dump and scrub the hot tub. I let them know that the water was low but there is no way to fill it (no spigot or hose) and I had to clean it before we could get in. The only response was that the condition was “directly related to my stay”. They charged my credit card and would not reverse it. On the first day of my stay I let the property management company know the toilet on the main floor was leaking. I turned off the water and cleaned up the floor. They told me they would fix it after we left. Frustrating since now my elderly parents had to go up and down the stairs every time they needed the bathroom. The property is awesome with the exception of the property management company. I will never stay at a property managed by Tahoe Rental Company again.

Spacious home perfect for a ski weekend

Our group had a great time in this Tahoe home! About 20 minutes from Palisades Mountain and only minutes from Tahoe City, this was the perfect location for our ski weekend! The house was well stocked with anything we needed to cook meals at home and had plenty of beds for our group. I was told the bunk beds were more comfortable and larger than most usually are. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and excited to visit Tahoe again in the future!

October weekend stay

Nicely designed house in a great location. Unfortunately the electrical issues in the house made for a very subpar experience. The entire side of the house with the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms had absolutely no power for the entire first day and night of our stay. No lights, no fans, no outlet power, and to top it all off, absolutely no hot water. This made a frustrating situation. We assumed it would be a short-term issue so went to sleep despite the issues. I called the property management the next morning about the issue. They sounded apologetic and sent someone over to fix it. However when I turned on the sink disposal that same day to keep the kitchen clean, the power was immediately cut again to the whole half of the house. We had plans all day and could not afford to waste any more time calling and having the property maintenance come over and over again to fix it for it to simply turn off again each time we ran the dishwasher, the sink disposal, the laundry or any heavy appliance. This resulted in us again not having lights, fans, outlet power, nor hot water for almost the entirety of our stay. I assume these issues will be fixed before any new guests arrive, if so, I would recommend staying here. The house design was unique, great for a group that wants to be in a closer setting.

Best weekend!

My friends and I held a low key bachelorette party in Tahoe and stayed at this beautiful rental property. We loved that it felt like summer camp! Would definitely recommend staying here with a group or family for any weekend celebration.

Overall everything is great. Just minor things that need to be fixed. The door to all of the rooms is unable to lock. This place is a kid-friendly home and very spacious.

Amazing Place!

As soon as we entered everyone just went exploring. While unpacking all I could here from the adults and kids was how cool this place is. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all the hardware we needed to cook. Literally the best setup I've ever had in a vacation rental. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We spent hours in the hot tub. It was so peaceful. I definitely would recommend and even rent again.
