Lovely stay at The Redwood

My wife and I had a comfortable and relaxing three nights at Lisa's charming property. While the apartment is cozy, nothing feels remotely cramped as the space is planned and utilized really smartly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we really appreciated the french coffee beans and French Press. Communication with Lisa was friendly and lightning-quick. I'd heartily recommend this rental to a couple looking for a Willamette Valley getaway.

Lovely space! Very clean..well appointed. Super comfy bed and linens.I have significant pet allergies and was a lot nervous staying somewhere that allowed dogs. But not an issue at all.Not walkable to downtown when warmer. But very short drive. Perfect for our needs.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

Great location for a trip to the McMinville area for wineries and Portland for family time. Listing matches the actual property, everything was perfect. We appreciated the local recommendations in the host guide. Highly recommend!

Great location

Met the owner and his daughter (and Jango the dog) really nice! Ate at Humble Spirit for dinner- have the meatballs and shrimp- absolutely yummy! Property Has everything you need and they had some fun with the decor! Would recommend!

Perfect wine-country retreat

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of charm and retro style. Plenty of room for the two of us. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Fun to look out the window and see the chickens free-ranging. The owner-supplied coffee was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m a digital ads expert, artist, and writer, while David is also an artist and excels at construction projects, including the restoration of The Clementine and the stunning interior design of The Redwood. We fell in love with this house right away- badly- mainly because of the redwood tree and the huge yard. :) We also love how quiet and family-friendly the neighbor hood is while also being super close to third street.

We are always adding more touches to make our cottage unique. Most of our visitors have mentioned how relaxing and surprisingly big the space is. We've hung vintage art from David's collection throughout the cottage and every item was hand picked by us. The queen bed is loved by everyone - it's so cozy! Our place is perfect for a quick trip to downtown and also central to many wine tasting spots and resturants. There will be some very cool additions coming soon!
