Great location and condo in Hillcrest/Mission hills area. New updated interior. Worked great for us. Highly recommend the condo to anyone looking to stay in the Hillcrest/Mission Hills area.

This condo is in a perfect spot. Great neighborhood and people in the building. The owners made check in and out very convenient. They were very responsive. They also had more than enough of daily living products (towels, bedding, paper goods, etc.) Many dining choices within walking distance as well as two grocery stores. Easy access to the 5 or 163. We stayed a month this year, will probably be back next year for a month or two.

Hillcrest exploring

The unit was great. The neighborhood has it's problem with homeless and their garbage. Close to hospitals, so sirens are often. Easy to walk around and restaurants were great. The unit had everything you could want or need.

Great place in SD

We stayed here for two months. The unit was fantastic. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking garage is tight but was able to maneuver a medium size SUV with little trouble. Recommended spot.

Great experience

We stayed for over three months and were very comfortable in this condo. We've found many short term rentals can be frustrating when it comes to trying to cook but we had everything we needed, not just a variety of pots and pans and utensils, but also a food processor, blender, even a wine fridge. The place was spacious with plenty of storage and the location was super convenient. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and when we had some internet problems they contacted the cable company and had the equipment upgraded to make sure we had high speed internet. We'd definitely stay again.

Best stay Ever

Thanks for a great stay. Bruce and Kitty are excellent hosts, their home is your perfect 'home away from home'. It is well stocked, modern, well appointed and in great location. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Hillcrest is close to everything, lots of places to walk to and two supermarkets within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, but one blocks away was a bustling avenue with coffee shops, bars and restaurants, and boutiques. Easy parking, close to freeways and to Balboa Park. Will definitely stay again when in San Diego.

Comfy apartment in a great neighborhood

We are having a very nice stay at this lovely apartment. The nicest things about it, is the modern comfortable furniture and ease of keeping the place clean over our 3 month stay. The neighborhood has convenient restaurants and easy shopping that’s very close by. The beaches are only a short drive and getting to more remote destinations is made easier by the close by accessibility of several interstate highways. Lastly, whenever we needed anything for our stay in regard to the apartment, the owner was very friendly and accommodating and did all she could to help us out.

Great small urban experience

This property is walking distance from restaurants, grocery store, Walgreens, everything. If you’re looking to leave the car in the garage and go out to dinner, this is the place.

We purchased this condo as an investment. My husband and I live downtown San Diego and are close by if you need anything. We previously used VRBO for our home in Phoenix and enjoyed the interaction with travelers like you.

You can't beat the location of this condo. You can walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. It is centrally located between the popular neighborhoods of Mission Hills and Hillcrest. As a licensed General Contractor and I remodeled the property in November. We installed just about everything brand new from appliances, to cabinets to flooring and baths. This is an extremely clean unit and very comfortable.

The location and comfort are two of the unique benefits to this home. It is a 10-15 minute drive to all of the best attractions San Diego has to offer. Stay a month and enjoy visiting the Zoo, SeaWorld, Coronado Island and the Downtown Gaslamp District.
