Welcome to this beautiful rustic country house for 4 people, with private pool, on the outskirts of Inca.
The exteriors of this amazing villa get to create an idyllic place for those who love the countryside and the tranquility. Enjoy the simple bird’s singing while having a tasty breakfast next to the pool and contemplating the landscape. The private salt pool has a size of 4.80*2.45 m and a depth of 1.2 to 1.6 m. In its surrounding you can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers and make delicious outdoors barbecues. The privacy is absolute.

The Mallorcan style construction is a two-storey house. You will be welcome in a spacious living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and chimney. Immediately after you gain access to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, oven and much more. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and space for a cot/high chair. There are two bathrooms in the house, one downstairs with shower and another upstairs with bathtub. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located at only 1.7 km from Inca city, where you can find such a great variety of shops, supermarkets and traditional food restaurants. Obviously you cannot miss its market that takes place every Thursday in the center of the village. For those who love hiking, we do recommend you visiting Puig de Santa Magdalena or Monasterio de Lluc. And if you prefer going to the beach, the nearest one is Puerto de Alcúdia, at 27 km.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

I stayed in this villa for a week in Spring. The garden and pool were a great feature of this place. Inside you'll have lots of space in the two bedrooms and bathroom. The living area is very nice too with a comfortable and large sofa. Although the turning is tricky when driving (like all Mallorca small car is recommended) the location of this property allows for a simple and quick walk into Inca. If you need somewhere to stay that is accessible by train, but feels like in the countryside this is perfect!

A Few Downsides to Note

I wanted to share my experience regarding this accommodation that I recently rented. First of all, the access to the property is quite problematic: the entrance is extremely narrow, which can be a real issue for wider cars. Indeed, while passing through the gate with my Tesla Model Y, the undercarriage scraped against the threshold, causing damage. This could be improved to avoid such mishaps. Regarding the outdoor amenities, the pool, although clean, is positioned in a way that it remains constantly in the shade. Moreover, it is not heated, which meant that the water was about 15°C during our stay, making it quite uncomfortable to swim, especially if the weather isn't great. In summary, although the property has its merits, these elements might deter potential renters. I hope these points can be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future visitors.

It’s what you make of it. Cheap price but cheap experience

To start, the pool is nice and we had a good time, it is possible to have a nice stay in this property in spite of its issues. The problems we encountered: 1. General condition of villa. Majority of lights don’t work. 3/5 gas burners on the oven don’t work. Flimsy lights in the bedroom. Doors feel flimsy and insecure. 2. We lost all water to the villa for 12+ hours, it happened late in the evening and we couldn’t clean, flush toilet or wash up dishes! However, credit to Homerti who fixed the issue for us. 3. The electric gate became derailed and stopped working, stopped locking meaning the garden and outside of the property was unlocked and insecure for the remainder of our stay. 4. At the end of the narrow track to access the property, there is a man (homeless?) sleeping next to a wooden crate and a makeshift washing line! He didn’t bother us directly, but it’s not a great look for the property and might bother a family or more nervous couple who stays here. Especially without security of gate. It’s a shame, the villa needs some more care and attention. But you can have a nice time here of course, it’s what you make of it.

Alles war sehr schön, wie beschrieben. Ein Punkt Abzug nur wegen schlechter (nur partieller) Beschreibung des Zugangs und Wi-Fi funktionierte nicht. Kommen gerne wieder.

Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Casita de campo a las afueras (pero muy cerca) de Inca, con mucho encanto y muy bien cuidada. La casa es muy cómoda y está muy bien equipada. La terraza y piscina con las vistas despejadas al resto de la finca y a los molinos y monasterio de Inca son de postal. Entorno muy tranquilo y bien conectada tanto a pie como en coche. Las escaleras son un tanto empinadas y pueden resultar peligrosas con niños o personas mayores. Las sillas de la terraza un tanto deterioradas. Homerti, la agencia gestora, fue muy correcta en el trato, aunque hubiéramos agradecido menos correos tanto para el check-in online como para el pago de tasas. Nos incomodó el condicionado del documento que nos enviaron tras el check-in, aunque no afectó a nuestra estancia. Dado el precio, hubiéramos agradecido jabón y/o champú para el baño. No obstante, el alojamiento cumplió y superó nuestras expectativas.

We had a great time in our small little finca and enjoyed ten days in Inca. The Check-In at the Airport was uncomplicated and as we arrived pretty late ( 9 pm) we were beyond happy that we were able to arrange the check in at the airport. I missed the information, that there is no real front door and you have to enter the house through the gate at the kitchen door. Especially at night times, it felt a bit scary to close the grid for secure sleep. The pool was checked multiple times by a craftsmen, which is necessary and absolutely right, but we were a bit surprised as he arrived the first time, so in this case, an information in advance would have been great. Pool was great, icecold as i like it, kitchenware was enough but you really have to be aware of the ants, they are everywhere so we stored all the food in the fridge. We would be happy to return :-)
