Where the dunes soften into green pathways and the sea is never more than a few footsteps away, this elegant ground-floor apartment offers a coastal escape designed for ease, comfort and calm. Just 250 metres from the wide southern beach of Koudekerke-Dishoek, it is a place where salty air, open skies and quiet surroundings set the rhythm of your stay. Thoughtfully designed and fully accessible, it welcomes every guest to relax without compromise.

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and refined. The spacious living area invites long, unhurried moments together, with a gas fireplace creating a cosy focal point on cooler evenings. Large doors open onto two private terraces, one sunny, one shaded allowing you to follow the light throughout the day. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals, while three comfortable bedrooms offer restful nights, including a master bedroom with its own bathroom. The second bathroom, complete with walk-in shower and bathtub, adds an extra layer of luxury and convenience.

Practical comforts such as underfloor heating, a utility room with washer and dryer, private storage and two parking spaces including an electric charging point ensure a carefree stay.
