Description:

This 2 bedroom townhouse villa boasts a private pool with a covered terrace for a relaxing out door drink. Luxury living on the wonderful Mar Menor Resort. Satellite TV with English channels and internet Wi-Fi access available for FREE. A fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a sofa bed so the townhouse can sleep 5 comfortably. Situated in one of Murcia’s top golf resorts.



The Resort:

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design course which will challenge all levels of golfers and lots of on-site facilities, Spanish and Asian Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. All around the on site Hotel. Just off the resort (within 10-15 walking distance you have various bars and restaurants sucha as the infamous Shamrock Lounge (Irish Bar), The ShamWok (Chinese), La Gustosa (Italian & Pizzeria), La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar, Route 66 American Diner with Pool Table and showing sports events, Tasty Bites an Indian restaurant with a special menu to cater for most tastes including Fish & Chips, Grilled Prawns, Steaks and Fajitas; all with reasonable prices and finally Blanco for some fine dining.



The Area:

A warm welcome to the Costa Calida.



The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula.To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.



Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35Cmaximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.



The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking the time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.



The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).

C'est la 2ème fois que je prends cette Villa, la 1ère fois était en 2021.Si j'ai pris cette Villa avec piscine, ce qui est logique la piscine doit être aussi bien préparée à l'avance.J'arrive, je trouve la piscine très sale, à moitié remplie d'eau. Atel point que cette eau est restée sans bouger, çà a donné une mauvaise odeur, il y 'avaient des petites bêtes dans l'eau.Je suis arrivé le samedi, j'ai réclamé, c'est à ce moment là, une personne qui est venue pour mettre les choses en ordre. Malheureusement, l'eau dégageait une mauvaise odeur, en plus les canalisations de la piscine étaient bouchées, il y 'avait juste la canalisation qui se trouve au fond de la piscine qui fonctionnait, donc la piscine était restée toujours salle puisque l'eau ne tourne pas à cause des canalisations.Ce n'est plus la même piscine que j'ai vue en 2021.Je ne suis pas du tout content, la piscine devrait être préparée dans de bonnes conditions avant. Malgré que les responsables ont essayé de faire le nécessaire et rattraper mais pour moi, je n'ai pas passé un bon séjour.

Perfect for our family holidays

The House was perfect, well equipped, clean and big enough for us two adults and two children. Airconditioning was really helpful and everything else we needed was there too. Area outside was really nice and chilling and the Pool was comfortable. It was only a pitty that the shower outside didn‘t work. As per our Personal Habits some more kitchen equipment for more relaxed cooking would have been nice but thats not a really tragic issue. We had lovely holidays there and we definitely will come again! See above
