Marco is an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay, and qould stay again if we are in thr area. It was nice to not have any stairs too! Rooms were nicely laid out and the beds are comfortable.

Italy Adventure 2019

The property was amazing. Just as quiet as it appeared in pictures but still within short driving distance to all we wanted to see and family we visited. Marco was an excellent host. When we return to the area to visit family again, we hope to book this same property.

Close to beach and country! Lovely stay!

The guest house is lovely, clean, spacious and great for staying with kids. Nicely kept yard and patio, too. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located to Pescara city and beaches. We had so much fun. We felt at home right away and Marco was an excellent host. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Amazing villa in the hills above Pescara

This was an amazing experience and Marco was an excellent host. He was very responsive and flexible with our need of a late checkin. The house was very comfortable for our group of 5 and had everything we needed. We will plan to stay here again on future trips to Abruzzo!

We love Le Acacie in Spoltore

This is our second time in Pescara and we were delighted that Marco remembered us and quickly reached out to us after we booked our stay. As ever, he is a wonderful host and was extremely accommodating in our check-in process and throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and in a lovely location that we have come to love. It is the perfect size for our family and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Lovely property in fine location

Perfect apartment in a quiet location just outside of Pescara. Ideal for day trips without being in the city. Close to great beaches in Pescara and our favourite Pineto.. The apartment is really well presented and very stylish with excellent accommodation for a family. Nice garden area. Marco the owner was an excellent host being helpful and available yet discrete. We would love to return.

The apartment is about ten minutes from Pescara and its beach and 1 km from a big shopping center where you can find everything you need .

Schöner Familienurlaub in Italien

An sich eine gute Unterkunft nach dem italienischen Standard. Man hat genügend Raum auch für die Kids zum spielen in- und outdoor. Eine nette und ruhige Lage mit allen leicht zugänglichen Einkauf- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Es fehlt an heißen Tagen eine Klimaanlage, es wird schon sehr warm im Haus. Und ein paar Mülleimer in der Küche wären auch hilfreich, sonst muss man alles in die Tüten einsortieren, die man überall aufhängt. Die Sanitärbereiche hätten ein paar Reparaturen nötig! Alles in einem, haben wir uns wohl gefühlt?

2 Schlafzimmer und die dazugehörigen Bäder sind sehr schön und funktional, das 4er-Schalfzimmer samt

Zwei Schlafzimmer und die dazugehörigen Bäder sind sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet, das Vierer-Schlafzimmer samt zugehörigem Bad aber hat einen weit niedrigeren Standard. Der Garten ist toll und lädt zum Essen und Verweilen ein. Das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht wirklich sauber und ist eher knapp bemessen für die Grösse des Objekts. Beim Empfang gibt es nur 3 Sterne, weil er nicht wirklich herzlich war und ein wenig stressig, was die Forderung nach den Pässen betraf. Die Sache mit der Abfalltrennung und Aufbewahrung funktioniert viel besser als an manch anderen Orten, das war super. Für eine grosse Anzahl Gäste ist das Haus wirklich empfehlenswert. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns aber sehr wohl im Haus und Garten.

Great accommodations!

This is a lovely property with very spacious rooms. Each bedroom has a private bath. The property is very secure surrounded by a fence with security gates. There is a lovely shaded yard with a grill and picnic table. The yard is perfect for children to stretch their legs. An added bonus is the shopping area less than a couple miles away. We will be back

Marco was a fantastic host and his property is lovely. Lots of space! Would highly recommend staying here. Nice and quiet too, and Marco is incredibly friendly and helpful with everything you need!

Die besten Tage hat das Objekt bereits gesehen. Hier und da besteht etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Bei der Sauberkeit darf man nicht die privaten Maßstäbe ansetzen. Der Vermieter, welcher die obere Wohnung des Objekts bewohnt ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hält sich dezent im Hintergrund.

Bella struttura in collina a pochi km da Pescara

Struttura eccellente, confortevole ed indipendente. Tutto è curato nei particolari. All'esterno ampio giardino immerso tra ulivi e acacie in una zona tranquilla e rilassante. Marco, il proprietario, è una persona accogliente e disponibile. Ci torneremo senz'altro. Consigliato vivamente a chi cerca relax e confort pochi passi dal mare.

Ottima soluzione

La casa è veramente accogliente e comoda anche per gruppi familiari diversi in quanto le camere sono spaziose, ben accessoriate con armadi, cabine armadio e tutte con bagno padronale. Gli spazi esterni sono ben curati, e la privacy è garantita. Marco è una persona disponibile e gentile. La consiglio anche per la posizione vicina e comodo per raggiungere il centro città nonché le belle spiaggia di Pescara.

Abbiamo soggiornato pochi giorni, 3 nuclei famigliari. Per come predisposta La villa è perfetta, un bagno per ogni camera soluzione ideale. Molto bella e curata nei dettagli, completa di ogni comfort. Posizione tranquilla a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Pescara. Proprietario gentilissimo, cortese e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliata. I clienti , quattro per l'esattezza , hanno occupato l'intera casa come da contratto per cui hanno avuto a disposizione oltre alle due camere matrimoniali una terza camera matrimoniale con bagno di circa mq 20 dove hanno sistemato i bagagli . Credo che 20 mq per i bagagli siano ovunque al mondo piu' che sufficienti !!! la cucina e' completa di tutto l'occorrente , con forno a microonde , bollitore , frigorifero , lavastoviglie, forno . Posate, piatti e bicchieri per otto persone , e pentole di ogni genere . Nella camera superior , con cabina armadio e spogliatoio , ci sono due comodini ed una lampada su un settimino . Sui comodini non ci sono lampade perche' esse scendono direttamente dal soffitto creando lo stesso effetto luce, oltretutto questa soluzione li rende utilizzabili in tutta la loro ampiezza . Nella camera comfort al posto del comodino c'e' una poltrona ed un un tavolo /scrittoio di circa 2 metri . Si qui effettivamente mancano le lampade . Vada per lo stendino , non ha retto alle nevicate invernali ! Spero di poterli ospitare di nuovo e soddisfare tutte le loro richieste.

Tre giorni di fumetti e relax

Abbiamo soggiornato con altri amici in questa splendida casa vacanza in occasione del Pescara Comix 2018 e il soggiorno si è rivelato al di là di ogni più rosea aspettativa. Siamo stati accolti con simpatia e cortesia e da una casa perfettamente attrezzata e pulita. L'arredamento e il design delle camere e del salone è curato nel minimo dettaglio. Le camere sono tutte ampie e spaziose, dotate di bagno interno, un salone/cucina ben attrezzato, con due porte a vetri che lo illuminano perfettamente e che guardano al prato antistante. Silenzioso e immerso nella quiete di Spoltore è comodamente raggiungibile e a 7 minuti dal centro di Pescara e dal mare. Consigliato sia per i gruppi di amici che per le famiglie.

Beautiful guest house minutes from beach and city center. Backyard had a beautiful patio surrounded by olive, fig and almond trees. Very private and peaceful!

Very, very nice!

Marco, our host, was very helpful with recommendations and directions. This location is above Pescara in a secluded, but not isolated neighborhood. There is a shopping mall, Arca, with a food court, supermarcato and lots of shops. Highly recommended.
