We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and every time, it's been just perfect. The house is warm and comfortable. There is plenty of hot water, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen is easy to cook in. The heated garage is especially helpful in winter. It's very quiet so expect a great night's sleep. This is far away from light pollution that you can see many stars and the Northern Lights. I hope to stay again in the future.

This is the third time we've stayed here. Just love it. We travel there from Washington to visit family in Palmer so the location is just perfect for us. Really appreciate the coffee, shampoos and lotions. . . . and a better ironing board (ha ha). See ya next year!!! Susan

It sure would have helped if the numbers in front had been more prominent. We stayed 4 nights. We missed the entrance almost every time we returned. Otherwise, it was a lovely place and I would stay again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location is serene. We appreciated that there was coffee and other items already in place for our stay. Amazing stay, not surprising

We have stayed at one of these cottages many times. They are very well maintained, and we love the fact that they have a garage, especially when you stay in the winter and the overnight temperatures are below zero. We already have our next stay scheduled.

Cute little house

We came during the off season (January) and the house was perfect for our stay. Clean, cute and nice/new appliances. Having the garage to park in was a nice bonus. The floors in the house are concrete, so bring slippers or house shoes.

Perfect stay in Wasill

Perfect place for us near family in Wasilla; great location between Palmer and Wasilla. We will come back with a bigger group and rent more than one place

Always a great place to stay!

This was my 3rd time staying at this property (twice in summer and once in winter). It's a gorgeous property, very good use of space, clean, and comfortable. This was my first time using the heated garage and it was very convenient to have the car not covered with ice/snow. The property is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen is easy to cook in. They provide some trash bags and dish detergent. The wifi is good as well. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Alaska.

A garage you can actually use!

My husband and i were looking to get away from home for the weekend and found this gem, so we booked for a weekend we thought was perfect. The next day our daughter trlls us she has something going on with high school the weekend i had just booked. I immediately contacted our host to see if there was anything we could to do maybe change the weekend up to the weekend before i had initially scheduled. About 10 minutes later, i received a message saying that our weekend has been changed and no aditional fees were needed. Amazing customer service! The house was perfect for us, super clean, and had everything you needed. Most Vrbo homes have a garage but you cant use them and i was plesently surprised to be able to use their garage. It will definitely be nice if we visit during the winter months. Loved the location and the recommendations for dining! We would definitely recommend thus property to anyone.
