Prince Kuhio Condominiums - These ocean view studio and one bedroom condominiums are located directly across the street from a small beach and the surfing area known as PK's. The condominiums are light, bright comfortable and airy. . The complex has beautifully landscaped grounds and a wonderful swimming pool. High speed internet.

$100 to $140 per night + tax + cleaning.

Room was super clean. Perfect spot for south side adventures. Can walk to beach and shops. Saw whales from the lanai on our first morning.

The flat is very old and needs to be renovated. More devices to be added like water filter, blender…Stuffy smell. Nice condo garden. To improve the access to parking and laundry

Great stay

Overall great stay. Great snorkeling and nice small beach across the street. Walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

This studio is the perfect stay for a couple. It was clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable here for a week. Every morning we could sit on our patio and watch and listen to the chickens and birds while we had our breakfast and coffee. The grounds and amenities at the condos are great as well. The gardens are so beautiful. The location was great for going to Lawai beach across the street and you can walk there. The host had beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which was nice. It’s also close to shopping areas and other south shore attractions. The hot water in the shower was a little touchy but we figured out the trick to it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The care was exceptional and the condo was fairly well appointed, we enjoyed the area and great snorkeling right across the street.

Excellent Location

Right across the street from snorkeling and right next door to Shave Ice and a restaurant. Many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive. We loved the linai with a view of the ocean.

Ideal location

Great location. Remember it’s a studio so not real big. Plenty good for 2. Great small patio. Shower leaves much to be desired……hottest water ever and impossible to cool down. Bummer after day on beach it would have been nice to Get ‘into’ a shower.

Wonderful Stay

Great location and easy unit to park and stay at. The owner was always very helpful and kind. If we had any questions at all we got a quick and timely response. Pictures show exactly what you are getting.

Wonderful

This property was wonderful, the grounds from the parking lot leading up to the front door is filled with beautiful orchids and exciting plants that we usually only see as our houseplants.The location is close to beaches, shopping, and food, if you are not planning on scoping out the entire island, there is a lot you could get to from just walking or riding a bike.

Bigger than pics look

This place is bigger than the pictures look. Great location, can walk to the beach. Wonderful area just 2 miles up the road for a trail run. We loved it.

Perfect for a quick few nights

Great location. Property appropriate for the price .while on lanai you are Looking into a hill of the park and the ocean view is quite distant but walk across the street and you can see it front and center . Bed and room temperature were comfortable

Nice Location

Nice location across the street from Beach House beach. Clean pool. Nice outdoor sitting space as part of the unit. Good owner communication. Unit is a little dated, but good value.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing time. We were all over the island and Poipu was the perfect landing space. The beach chairs and I’m reload were a welcome treat so we didn’t have to bother with more rentals. We cooked and packed lunches so the kitchen was ideal! We needed a special accommodation with checking in and Anne worked it out perfectly!
