Directly on the sea, this cozy and comfortable apartment overlooks the Biodola Gulf, just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Scaglieri. It is located on the northern coast line of Elba, a few kilometers from Portoferraio, in the center of a small village of characteristic pastel colored houses with small pedestrian paths that like by magic, after a turn, finish on the rocks of a sheltered cove.



From the large terrace, overlooking the sea, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, observing the sun that plunges into the ocean between Elba and the island of Capraia.



Entering the house you find yourself in the living / dining room which is furnished with taste and decorated with objects that reveal the taste of the owners. In addition to the table, there are also a large sofa and a television with a decoder (for all those who like to bring their SKY card…).



The living room opens onto the splendid terrace where you can enjoy all your meals outdoors thanks to the large table shaded by a pergola. The terrace then continues on the left and where you find sun beds to relax and sunbath in total privacy enjoying the wonderful view.



Two bedrooms with double bed and a cabinet with a shower (with hot water) and a washing machine face directly the terrace.



From the living room a small corridor leads to a fully equipped kitchen on the left and an with a convenient food pass that connects it with the living / dining room.



The night and sleeping area disposes of two bedroom with a double bed overlooking the terrace, and a third bedroom with a single bed for a total of 5 sleeping places.

Of the two bathrooms, the first has all services and a large shower, while the second one only offers toilet, sink and bidet.



The house is also equipped with a heating system (which is quite rare in these areas) and can therefore be rented all year round, making it attractive for all those who love the sea and beaches and the Island of Elba off season.



On the Scaglieri beach (50 meters away) guests can find all they need for a successful holiday: restaurants, bars, mini-market, bazar, boat rental, rental of umbrellas and sun beds….



The apartment is ideal for a family (…or even two families) or a group of friends looking for an apartment near a beautiful beach, with a terrace for summer outdoor live. The position of the apartment is also ideal to discover in a few minutes by car all the other beautiful beaches of the island of Elba as well as all the great natural sight that the island offers.
