Dear Paul, our policy is not to negotiate with abusive guests, beyond the negative reviews they may make, such as the one you have currently made. Hundreds of 5-star comments from our guests endorse the quality of our apartment and our company. In another hand, you are booking an apartment out of the summer season, swimming pool is not available (common sense) and the complex is doing some activities of maintenance, we can't control that, sorry!. Due to this circumstances, you have paid a -low season price- 179€ for an apartment for 8 people!. Paul, be sure that our company takes care of any error or problem that may occur in the apartment and we seek solutions for any situation that may arise during the stay of our clients, but we do not accept abusive behaviour. What you did not like was the area where the apartment is located, perhaps out of aversion to the LGBT public and that is why you decided to leave the apartment before your departure date and in order to recover the money you invented "serious defects in the apartment” that made its habitability impossible. For those who read this comment, Mr. Paul stayed in one of our best apartments in Torremolinos, perhaps one of the best that can be rented in the entire city, where we have made a significant investment when reforming the apartment that we had bought, creating a UNIQUE product in Torremolinos. I am very sorry that you had to leave this negative comment by not having compensated you and your money back. Perhaps, you should have been more honest and said that you did not like the area and that you were looking for absolute silence and not have invented that the apartment was not in "habitable" conditions. If you had been honest from the very beginning, we would have refunded your money. We think is necessary to build social networks with more civility and not turn them into a place of coercion before companies that decide not to deal with threats.
