It is a modern villa with 6 rooms, three bedrooms (one en suite and two with a double bed, one with an extra single bed), a common bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen TV with more 60 national and international channels and an immense view of the sea and mountain.

The villa has a garden around the house and a barbecue area at the back.
