Vous avez raison, il n’y a pas de restaurants à cinq minutes à pied, mais il y en a plusieurs à seulement cinq minutes en voiture. Beste gast, Hartelijk dank voor uw uitgebreide recensie en voor het delen van uw ervaringen. Het spijt ons zeer te horen dat uw verblijf werd beïnvloed door de nabijgelegen bosbrand. We begrijpen dat dit een zorgwekkende situatie was. Tijdens die periode hebben we ongeveer 10 berichten via WhatsApp uitgewisseld om u op de hoogte te houden van de situatie, updates te geven over de brand en aanbevelingen te doen over de veiligheid. Met betrekking tot de punten die u noemde: • Deksel van de hottub: U heeft helemaal gelijk — de vorige harde deksel was beschadigd. We hebben deze inmiddels vervangen door een zachte, geïsoleerde deksel om de hottub veilig en goed bruikbaar te houden. • Televisie: Na uw verblijf hebben we de televisie gecontroleerd en vastgesteld dat deze correct functioneert. Om toekomstige verwarring te voorkomen, hebben we duidelijke instructies toegevoegd aan het welkomstpakket. Wij stellen uw feedback zeer op prijs, omdat dit ons helpt om de ervaring voor toekomstige gasten te verbeteren. Het doet me plezier te horen dat jullie het huis gezellig vonden en hebben genoten van de prachtige locatie en het spectaculaire uitzicht vanuit de hot-tub. De weg naar boven kan inderdaad een uitdaging zijn, maar fijn dat het uiteindelijk goed is gegaan! Bedankt voor de tip over het douchen en het gebruik van het bronwater; het is nuttige informatie voor toekomstige gasten. Wat bijzonder dat jullie zoveel dieren in de omgeving hebben gezien, van roofvogels tot hagedissen en zelfs een (ongevaarlijke) slang! Het scheiden van toiletpapier kan wat wennen zijn, maar ik waardeer dat je het hebt genoemd. Ik hoop dat jullie, ondanks deze kleine aanpassingen, volop hebben genoten van het verblijf.
