Comfortable hostel in the very centre of Cala d'Or and just a few meters away from the beach.
Hostal Talamanca is the perfect destination for a well-deserved sun and beach vacation. Its cosy and traditional style is noted not only at the entrance and reception of the hotel but also in the 2 individual rooms available. These rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, balcony as well as its own private bathroom that features either shower or a small bathtub and hairdryer.

Cala d’Or is one of the most authentic zones of Mallorca since it continues preserving the essence of Mallorcan rest thanks to its beauty next to the sea. The area has all the necessary services that you may need. The nearest cove is Cala d’Or, where the turquoise light and colour of its waters will leave you speechless. Even though, there are other beaches in the nearby as charmy as this last one, such as Cala Ferrera, Cala Egos, Cala Santanyí and the impressive Parque Natural de Mondragó. Moreover, there is also a golf course at only 9 km away, known as Golf Vall d’Or, in case you would like spending a different day.

Ded Check-In war wirklich unkompliziert. Leider war das aber auch das Einzige, was ich hier positiv rückmelden kann. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein und ohne Balkon. Der Lärm von draußen und auch innerhalb des Hostels eine Zumutung.Ja es stand in der Anzeige es gäbe ein Restaurant unterhalb aber nicht all die Restaurants und Bars drum rum. Schallisolierung ist ein Fremdwort. Jede kleinste Bewegung von Innen und Außen bis min. 2 Uhr nachts. Wer schlafen möchte ist hier fehl am Platz.Die Dusche spritzt in alle Richtung nur nicht nach unten und nach drei Nächten bekam ich sogar neue Handtücher und Bettlagen, die ich dann selbst tauschen konnte wenn ich wollte. Geputzt wurde nicht. Also habe ich mein Bett selbst neu bezogen.Alles in allem ist das Hostal eine Zumutung und sollte nicht als Ferienunterkunft zugelassen sein.
