Incredible Host - Impeccable Home

A spacious home with an abundance of outdoor space and natural light. Open kitchen-dining-living space layout makes for great socializing. Large suites with own bathrooms provide for privacy.

Extremely comfortable accommodations and excellent host

The house is beautifully remodeled with all modern conveniences. Well stocked kitchen, AC in every room and en suite bathrooms for every bedroom. We had a very lovely stay at Antonio’s property. Centrally located if you want to be near Palma or Playa Illetes and ideal for two families. Antonio promptly responded to our requests and was very helpful. This is near Um Beach Club and 20 min from Gran Folies. Thank you Antonio!

Large clean modern comfortable house in excellent location

We stayed at this house for two weeks during Easter and comprised a group of six (grand parents, parents and kids). The house is very clean and well kept having just recently been renovated. It has a modern look with traditional touches, like an amazing wooden staircase, and several pieces of wooden furniture, which mix in well with the remaining modern look of the interior. There is lots of space inside (two families can easily feel comfortable in the house, especially as every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom) and outside; the outside space is exceptional, with amazing views especially from the top level terrace. Location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, golf, restaurants and shops. Quiet residential area. The house is more child friendly than some modern houses we have stayed at which have too many sharp angles and steep staircases; we felt very safe here for the kids. Antonio, the owner, is a welcoming host; much better to deal with than agencies like some other houses. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful property - highest recommendation

We - a family of six adults and four kids from Germany - spent a week in the villa of Antonio in October 2022. It was a fantastic experience. The house is very clean and spacious, the interior design beautiful, well-maintained and of the highest standards. Every room has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, which works extremely well. I cooled down my bedroom to 19°C every evening while it was still 25°C outside. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. There is an induction stove, which works very fast and is safe for the kids, which I appreciated. There's two large refrigerators in the kitchen plus another one in the outside kitchenette by the pool. The kitchenette also features another oven, so there's two in the house, which came in handy when we made pizza one night. We were especially thrilled by the many seating options on the terrace, the balcony and the poolside. Everything is arranged with great attention to detail and features high-quality furniture. The kids loved the pool, no surprises here. Water quality is great and the heating works well (even my wife liked it, and she's always cold). We also loved the Playa Illetas, which is a close-by beach with clear water and a nice restaurant next to it. Supermarkets (Spar, Eroski) are close by but you do need a car, especially as roads can be quite steep around the area. The house offers enough space to park three to four cars behind a gate. There's also more than enough space on the street, however, to park any additional cars if need be. The only recommendation I would have is that this house deserves a BBQ grill. Antonio is a charming and friendly host, who's always available and quick to react. It is one of the best holiday houses we've ever stayed in and clearly deserves a 5* rating. Thanks Antonio for having us!

Casa maravillosa en zona Bendinat

Escogimos esta casa sin tener apenas referencias y nos ha encantado!! La casa está recién reformada con amlias habitaciones y terrazas. Todo con un gusto exquisito. Las vistas son espectaculares al mar y las montañas. La ubicación es inmejorable pues creo que está en una de las mejores zonas de Palma, muy cerca de Puerto Portals y el golf de Bendinat. Los anfitriones Magdalena y Antonio nos han atendido de forma inmejorable cubriendo en todo momento nuestras necesidades. Sin duda repetiremos!!!
