The villa features a spacious living and dining area with a flatscreen TV and international channels, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and four cozy bedrooms, three with double beds, including one with an en-suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy the private roofed terrace, take a dip in the swimming pool, or savor outdoor meals with the barbecue and comfortable lounge area. Additional features include air conditioning, a washing machine, and a recreation room with a TV and seating area.

Wonderful villa

A beautiful villa, well located near restaurants and the beach in Zadar. The swimming pool was a real treat after a day of exploring. All four bedrooms were spacious and we really appreciated the laundry facilities and the big well stocked kitchen! Wonderful hosts,

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was perfect for our needs and Zadar is a beautiful place to visit. The villa was very well equipped and had beautiful areas to relax indoors and outdoors. Everyone enjoyed the pool! The villa was in mainly residential area but only a short walk to bars and restaurants and the beach. We regularly got an Uber (or the water taxi!) into the beautiful old town of Zadar. Anthony was a great host with brilliant communication - he quickly reponded to any of my queries. We were a family group aged 18 - 80 and we had a wonderful holiday. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return one day!

Fantastisch schoon, veilig en modern villa met zwembad. Een aanrader voor iedereen die wilt genieten van een vakantie in Zadar. Wij waren met ons gezin van 7 personen. Van 5 tot 50 jaar en wij hebben een top verblijf gehad. De villa heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Eigenaar Anthony is erg aardig en helpt je graag. Genoeg eetgelegenheden en winkels op loopafstand.
