Charge after staying

The host charged us £490 after staying for things such as clogged shower drains and a few missinng/ smashed glasses after we had paid for €1500 of protection for damages. Unacceptable

Nice villa but no as described.

The villa we stayed at was beautiful, big and had everything needed however the picture displayed is not the same as the villa we were at. Also the owner failed to disclose that all the sofas in the lower floor were broken making them unusable and the dining chairs on the ground floor were all cracked meaning if you sat back it would pinch your skin. The pool was clean and easy accessible, all appliances were easy to use. Other than the furniture issue, I could not fault the property

Fantastic property, location requires a car for everyday things (nothing within walking distance). Pool heating an absolute must this time of year (November), no kettle in property. Although advertised pool heating/heated pool, we had too ask after arrival and check in for the pool heating to be turned on (takes 24-48 hours to heat) should have been on prior to arrival.

Our stay

We Stayed in the property for a couple of months and didn’t want to leave. The property is EXTREMELY well equipped with everything that you would need for long term or short term stay. Upon arrival was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The property is also a lot bigger than it looks on the photos with 4 floors. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owner is very easy to talk to and helped with any issues immediately. The property is definitely a credit to the owner and after staying in many villas in Spain i can say this is one of the best. The ONLY 2 negatives to this property are as follows. The privacy….. their is none whatsoever, unless you’re inside with all the shutters down or on the roof and even then you wouldn’t be able to nude sunbathe as you can be seen from the opposite and adjacent property’s. The pool/garden areas are over looked from every angle possible and their is also 3 cameras on the property, one of which can see inside the property. I understand this is good for the security of the property but it can sometimes feel like being on a big brother show. Also the pool only receives sun until around 12:30-1pm then its shaded by the surrounding properties but this isnt a massive problem as you have a really large roof terrace that receives direct sunlight from every angle until sun set. With this in mind i would still re rent the property as the positives outweigh the negatives and it really is extremely good value for money. I Would definitely recommend for families as It is close to all amenities and a vehicle isn’t really needed here. You can walk to everything including currency exchange within 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!

Topverblijf gehad met vriendinnengroep

Wij hebben erg genoten in deze mooie villa, alles was erg schoon toen wij aankwamen. Het is een ruime villa met fijne extra’s zoals bijvoorbeeld een TV met Netflix. De communicatie verliep erg goed met de eigenaar, die ons hielp wanneer wij ergens vragen over hadden. Zeker een aanrader!
