The house was a great size for our group. We appreciated the thermostats upstairs and downstairs. Pool was the perfect size and the pantry was great for storing food all in one area. Only suggestions would be to have an outside fridge for drinks rather than having to squeeze stuff inside in the fridge and go in and out for beverages when at the pool. We stayed in numerous properties that have had outside fridge which is nice or an additional fridge in garage or another room

Enjoyed our stay

All of us enjoyed our stay. House and pool were very nice. Furnitures is worn but still functional. Used the recommended beach service & was happy with that. Over all, good location and would stay again.

Awesome stay

Girls trip to celebrate a 50th birthday. House accommodated 16 women and offered enough space in case someone needed some alone time with. Staff that we encountered were very polite and helped with our problems immediately. We definitely recommend this property.

Perfect size house for large families

This house was a perfect size for our family. 8 adults and 10 children. The private pool was the best. The kiddos loved it. Large bedrooms for everyone. We would stay there again.

Great house in nice neighborhood

Very nice. Kitchen could use new everything, but house is great, beds are comfortable and pool area is very welcoming. Big enough for lots of people.

Great

We had a great time. The pool was perfect. Very close to shopping and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. A few minor issues with a sticky door and the bike chains, but overall, a great place. COVID was on our minds and we didn’t venture out much, but most of the people we saw wore masks at stores. We felt safe.

Great home... Mostly

Huge house. Loved that each of the adult bbedrooms had its own bathroom. Rooms were large. Plenty of sitting room for everyone in the livingroom and kitchen. The pool is very large and the kids loved it. The only complaint was a lack of some things that we thought should have been supplied such as oven mitts which we had to go out and buy but in general, the kitchen was nicely furnished. Overall, it was a great properly.

Fun & Relaxing Vacation

The home was perfect for our large family (19). It is a lovely house inside and also it's pool area. It had plenty of kitchen tools to use in our meal preparation (even 2 Crock pots. We usually walked to the beach but we also rented a golf cart to get around. Located close to great shopping areas and other attractions. The smoke alarm started beeping and the maintenance gentleman was there within 30 minutes of our call. We had a great time and I highly recommend this home to anyone. Awesome Property

We LOVED this home. It was the perfect size home for our family, and the neighborhood was great. Easy walk to the beach and very quiet. Everything was clean and beautiful. We did notice that the pictures online, were not exactly as it was when we arrived. But it was all an upgrade so we were very happy. There were more bikes than anticipated as well as a handy beach cart, toys, matt's, etc. We had a great time. Thank you.

“Where the Boys Are” - Parent Gathering

We’re a group of Naval Academy Swim Parents with Officers in the Panhandle in training. Not having seen each other in a year, we organized this long weekend to get together from all over the US, with our guys to catch up and have fun! The house was perfect! The parents were able to have their own bedrooms with bathrooms and the guys had the bunk rooms. We had buffet dinners and breakfasts and we had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a huge hit. We loved being so close to the beach. We look forward to coming back to this house in November!!

House was awesome and clean. Pool was not clean. Loved having bikes at the location. Loved having 3 king size beds. Prefer an earlier check in time. Property manager came to house as we were having an issue with the tv. Showed her the dirty pool. She said she would call pool guy. She forgot. Pool was reason I rented the house. Property Manager refunded one night’s rent.

Family vacation 2017

Sand Pebble was everything we expected and more. The open design was perfect for our large family. No matter where we gathered, the table for meals, around the tv, outside by the pool or on the patio, there was plenty of seating for everyone. There are a couple of blinds that were broken on the front and back doors which prevented them from opening but these were small items that wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Also, the grill could use some cleaning/updating. We loved the location of the house and everything Crystal Beach area has to offer. We rented a golf cart for the week and that was one of the best decisions we made. The house has a storage room with plenty of beach chairs and pool toys that was beyond our expectations.

Good location and house

Loved the house and location. Plenty of room for everyone! There were 8 adults. Two rooms, we did not use, with cool bunk beds that could hold 4-6 more people in each room!! The tiki bar in the back needs some work. It’s very run down and almost coming apart. 😳 Had a little problem with code at the beginning but the service department was their fast to help us. Due to some issues before we arrived, The pool was NOT usable the first two days we were there and that was frustrating. Took a little bit of persistence to get some response from the service department in that area, but finally did. It started clearing up by Tuesday and then we left Wednesday :-( The rental company did compensate us for this! Overall it’s a good property and we would stay there again!!!

The house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. There are some things that could be addressed. Live cockroaches found in bathrooms(king bedroom at rear of home) and children’s bathroom. Need new lg skillet. Tiki hut needs repair or torn down. People that answer questions when you call need to be better informed as to what is available in the house. I asked if there was a slow cooker available, I was told no. However there were two. You might mention when listing amenities there are beach chairs available. I know some of this is minor, but can’t be addressed if you don’t know about them,

Great property with some issues

We really liked the size of the house and the interior but we had serious issues with the hot water causing us not to be able to have hot showers more than 1/2 of the time. The property manager did respond quickly but never really fixed the problem. The tiki bar also left much to be desired. There were thorny vines all over the area so we were worried about the kids playing in it. There was also an extension cord which supplied power to it when did not seem like a great idea given the amount of water that is in the area. The tiki hut definitly has seen better days too and the bushes and trees really did need to be trimmed. The area was used very little due to these issues. The house was also missing scissors, which seems silly but you do not realize how much you need scissors until you do not have them. Overall we did really like the property but not sure we would stay there again due to the lack of hot water.

Beach Vacation

This place is perfect for large family gatherings. It held 12 of us easily. It's an easy walk to the beach. There was a large assortment of beach toys in one of the closets. Be sure to check before you go out and buy anything.

Senior Grad Trip

The property was amazing. Plenty of room! We had 16 in our party. The pool was amazing and the outside seating was plentiful. Our teenagers had a great time. The house was in a great location. Not too far from beach, but far enough from main strip and away from all the noise. Definitely rent a golf cart if your able too! Makes things so much easier! Plenty of parking. Would rent this property again!
