Comfortable villa with easy beach access

Very comfortable villa with an easy 10 minute walk to the Bundoni Beach. If you want a beach change of scenery, we would recommend the La Cinta beach in San Teodoro, an easy drive up SS125 & they only charge 1.50 euro per hour for parking in the lot. There is easy access to a EuroSpar, where we bought most of our groceries as we did most of our meals at the villa. The charcoal Weber grill was a great addition.

Excellent private pool and perfect beach nearby

Our family of 5 stayed in the villa for 9 days early July. Only 30 min by car from the airport in Olbia made the trip easy and we had a very nice holiday. Our boys, age 4, 8 and 10, spent many hours in the pool, which is perfectly placed just by the dining area. We usually also spent a few hours a day on the fantastic beach just a 10 min walk from the house. Early July the beach was not crowded and the nice wind made the temperature perfect. The combination of private pool and the proximity to this beach is the best thing about the villa. The standard of the house is good, with nice bathrooms and bedrooms.If the owners should consider some improvements at the villa, we would suggest perhaps up-grading the mattresses in the beds, which are a bit hard, and putting in some more glasses and equipment in the kitchen. But the overall impression of the villa, especially the outdoor area, is very good. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the location is very good, with the Budoni town with many restaurants, bakery, wine shop and butcher only 2-3 min away by car. We especially would recommend eating at Mamas, with excellent food and service. Prices generally seems to be lower in Budoni than in San Teodoro and other parts of the costa. The Go-carts at Agrustos 10 min away were a big hit. We also played a few football matches at the Budoni stadium just outside the villa. We have already booked the villa for our holiday summer 2014, as the boys just wanted to go back to the same place we were this summer! And we adults did not disagree at all.

Villa Capannizza

Die Villa Capannizza liegt in perfekter Lage, um den Strand von Budoni zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt. Der große Garten der Villa Capannizza ist gepflegt und schön angelegt. Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise sauber. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Fenster haben nirgendwo Fliegengitter gegen Moskitos. Leider hat die Villa an sich unseren Ansprüchen nicht genügt, da sie nur zweckmäßig und wenig gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Die Villa ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern aus dem Internet. Der Boden - vor allem in einem der Bäder - ist aus Holz und mittlerweile durch Wasser sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Er sieht überaus unansehnlich aus. Die Toilettenbrille im zweiten Bad wackelte und verschob sich. Trotz Hinweis darauf, war keiner um Abhilfe bemüht. Die Dusche in besagtem Bad war verstopft, so dass das Wasser nicht schnell genug ablief und praktisch nur eine Dusche benutzt werden konnte. Das Wasser aus der Leitung an unserem Abreisetag fühlte sich seltsam ölig an. Die Küche ist nur mit billigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Obstschale aus Bambus auf dem Esstisch sieht äußerst schäbig aus, weil außenherum der Lack abgeplatzt ist. Kein schöner erster Eindruck beim Hereinkommen. Die Lehnen der Gartenmöbel fielen bei Benutzung seitlich herunter. Keine Auflagen. Wir lieben Sardinien und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Die Villa kommt für uns allerdings nicht mehr in Frage.

Hervorragende Unterkunft um einen gemütlichen Urlaub zu verbringen

Wir waren Mitte September für eine Woche in Budoni und haben die Zeit sehr genoßen. Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben. Einzig die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte noch etwas großzügiger sein, daher nur 4 statt 5 Sternen.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern (0-8) eine wundervolle Woche in Budoni verbracht. Die Nähe zur Autobahn hatte uns zu nächst abgeschreckt, stört aber absolut nicht.

Mooie woning op goede lokatie

De woning was goed verzorgd en op loopafstand van het strand en Budoni. Het zwembad en de airco waren heerlijk!

Great place for families

We stayed here with out three children (7,4,2) and absolutely loved it. It was our first trip to Sardinia but it most definitely won't be our last. The whole island is absolutely gorgeous. While this villa is within walking distance to the beach and the small town (which is like a sleepy village until about 9pm!) I would highly recommend getting a car. The villa is in a great place to explore the whole north of the island. Budoni beach is about 10 minutes walk from the villa. It's tremendously busy though so we generally drove to smaller coves. Cala Gigorlu was our favourite as it was small and less busy than the others. Some are so busy in august you can't even get on them! The villa itself was well equipped and Pasquale was always on hand within minutes if we had any questions. The pool is great and the facilities are all you would need. There is a job in the kitchen but no oven which isn't a big deal but worth noting. We only ate out a few times as the restaurants open around 7/7.30 and that was occasionally too late for a tired toddler!! The BBQ is adequate, and we used it most nights for cooking. Pasquale provided pool towels and bath towels in the property. All in all we had a gorgeous stay here. We would definitely book again.

Very charming and very clean

We had a wonderful time in Sardina. The Capanizza villa was very comfortable, the pool was lovely and refreshing in the heat, and Pasquale was most helpful with information we required about surrounding area, restaurants etc.We thoroughly recommend this villa and this area of Sardinia. We will be returning in the not too distant future.😁

Superb villa in lovely countryside, 5 mins from beach

Just returned from a very relaxing stay in this villa . Nothing was too much trouble for Pasquale who met us on arrival and gave us great recommendations of beaches to visit and restaurants to go to. We hired a car to pick up at the airport through Thrifty. They were very efficient and we got a very nice almost new family car. The villa was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The garden of the villa is well maintained. There is a large patio with furniture and a pool with plenty of sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and plenty of outdoor space with both sun and shaded areas. The view from the patio looks down over fields and hills. The villa was also fully air conditioned. The car was essential. Although it is only a 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minute walk into Budoni. There are plenty of beautiful beaches within a 5 minute drive. Most beaches have a bar/restaurant. We were lucky enough to spend a day on a yacht which Pasquale helped to arrange for us. Sailing along the coast and stopping to swim. Sardinia is such a beautiful island a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Fantastic villa in a perfect location!

Myself and 5 other friends stayed here for a week at the end of June 2016. The villa was clean, very close to Bodoni beach and has a lovely outside area with speakers outside! The villa is quite close to the main road, but you honestly can’t hear it at all. The drive from Olbia airport is 25-30 minutes and Bodoni town is a 10-15 minute walk away with lots of other nice small towns within close range. It’s also relatively close to a lot of the main tourist areas and beaches on the east and north east coast of the island, so it's perfectly situated for day trips. Pasquale was very friendly and he recommended some nice local beaches and restaurants in the area, as well as local butchers, bakers, etc. He was always floating around the complex in case you needed him. If there was anything I would say could be improved it would be the BBQ. It was quite small and unstable and there were no BBQ utensils that we saw, which would’ve been helpful for a €40 salmon that nearly ended up on the floor! Also some sort of internet access would’ve been nice, but it was also quite refreshing not having it. Overall, the villa was a gem and we have already recommended it to family members and friends, and will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

Fantastic villa in a great location

We've just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Capannizza. The villa itself is comfortable and well-equipped, and the garden is fantastic with lots of space and a good-sized pool. The location is really convenient, takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach, or there's a large inexpensive car-park right next to it if you prefer to drive. There are lots of shops and restaurants in Budoni, and Pasquale was really helpful in recommending good places to go. Looking forward to rebooking soon! Lindsay & Andy

Lovely villa

A beautiful villa with everything you need. The pool is nice and so is the shaded outdoor seating area. The rooms are clean and decorated to a high standard. The times quoted for walks to the beach and the town are accurate. Pasquale is a great host and recommended some lovely restaurants and beaches. Porto ottiolu is a lovely (10min drive) little port with lots of nice restaurants and the beaches at Lu Impostu (20min drive) are really gorgeous. Great place, would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful villa

Wonderful house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/living room. The house is very good equiped (huge TV, good Hifi station with outside boxes). The pool is perfect! It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the next beach and a 20 minutes walk to the centre of the small town with some restaurants and bars. Negative: no oven, no WLAN. All in all it was a perfect trip to a wonderful island and and a wonderful villa. Thank you very much! Julian

Lovely stay - quiet, clean and beautiful

We spent a lovely 2 weeks at this amazing location. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Plenty of space for our 2 teenage children and a very welcoming atmosphere. Pasquale is a wonderful host - giving us the best advice on dining out, best beaches, evening activities, sites to see and even internet for our kids. The pool is wonderful, we enjoyed a cool-off every day after the beach and very hot weather. We loved Budoni as well and plan to come again. Ciao Budoni - thank you for welcoming us.

Wonderful holidays

We (2 adults an a 2 year old child) stayed in apartment 4 for 18 days. We spent a wonderful holiday. The apartment was perfectly equipped and Pasquale was very friendly and helpful. We went to the beach by car but you can also reach it within a 15 minute walk. The beach is perfect for children. We also loved the nice pool. Budoni is a small town with everything you need.

Fantastic Family Holiday Destination

We stayed in Dudoni in August for 2 weeks and the location was perfect. the apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 kids) and the pool is excellent. You are spoilt for choic of beautiful beaches - the nearest one had inflatable obstacle course in the sea for kids and there are so many idyllic quiet beaches to explore within a 5-30 minute drive. I'd recommend hiring a car to explore the coastline and villages. Pasquale is the perfect host - attentive and very helpful indeed

Sehr schöne Villa mit Top-Ausstattung

Die Villa ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet - wirklich super ansprechend: - sehr gut ausgestattet (Musik-CDs, DVDs und Zeitschrifen vorhanden) - Küchenausstattung ist perfekt - genügend Teller, Töpfe und Besteck vorhanden - mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet - sehr gepflegt (Haus wie Garten) und sehr sauber (speziell die Bäder) - Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt - ausreichende Anzahl und weiche, saubere Handtücher - Willkommensbag mit Wasser, Kerzen, Spülmaschinentap, kleine Hygieneartikel! (nette Aufmerksamkeit). Wir haben in Budoni und Umgebung in den letzten Jahren schon mehrere Villen mit eingenen Pool für unseren Familienurlaub gebucht und finden diese bis jetzt am Besten (mit angemessenem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis). Die Nähe zur Schnellstrasse stört kaum - eher ist das Kuhglockengebimmel im Vordergrund. Der vorhandene Grill passt leider nicht zu der sonst sehr guten Ausstattung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die isolierten Fenster, die gute Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum, das hervorragende Masterbett und der sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche Vermieter, der für persönliche Anliegen gerne zur Verfügung stand. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit erreichbar -auch zu Fuß, wenn man das will ;-) Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter. fantastica vacanza

abbiamo soggiornato in villa Capannizza 2 settimane in agosto. la casa è come descritta nell'annuncio. eravamo una famiglia con3 bambini. abbiamo goduto della piscina molto curata, ogni giorno veniva un ragazzo per la pulizia e per il controllo analisi dell'acqua. la zona è molto tranquilla e rilassante , la vicinanza della superstrada non da alcun fastidio, ma anzi era molto comoda per poterci spostare a visitare le spiagge vicine. la spiaggia di budoni a 600 metri dalla villa è molto bella e adatta per bambini. il propietario è stato sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra rischiesta. in definitiva mi sento di consigliare la casa sopratutto a famigliaecon bambini e spero di ritonarci in futuro.

Superbe villa Capannizza et superbe accueil

J'ai passé 2 semaines avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants (5 et 8 ans) dans la villa. Elle est impeccable, bien entretenue, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. La piscine est grande, bien exposée, propre. L'accueil est adorable, pour le moindre petit problème ou question Pasquale est là ! Réactif et prévenant. La plage est accessible à pieds meme avec les enfants c'est facile de s'y rendre. Budoni est un bon point départ pour qui veut visiter la Sardaigne. L'accès à l'autoroute est facile depuis la villa (un peu trop, du coup elle est visible depuis la villa mais on ne l'entend pas). Nous n'avons pas trouvé la zone de Budoni très charmante. Nous avons par exemple préféré Porto Aranchi et Palau plus au Nord (mais qu'à 1h de voiture) et plus au Sud la zone d'Orosei très sauvage et moins bondée.
