I am sorry there is no other copy of the keys, as it is not my desire that there is more than 1 set of keys for the tenants to use during their stay. I take into account the comments regarding the window stripping. Due to weather conditions, the may fall a little. We already repaired it again (wo do it from time to time). I am sorry Mabel couldn´t help you repairing it. Even if it fell a little, it allows to isolate the appartment perfectly. Regarding the drawers of the kitchen and dishes: It is the first complaint we have received in this regard, I will also be aware in case we receive similar comments. I was aware of your arrival time, Mabel told me she had compromises just that day so I allowed her to talk to you and find another time that could you suit well for you both, but the time of your checkin was respected an attended properly as I am aware. I am sorry that the change of dates you required regarding your stay in the appartment was not appreciated, and caused that I could not host another tenants. Thanks for your comments.
