We had a wonderful time. The villa is perfect. Very quiet and secluded, but a very short drive to beautiful beaches. Antonio and Assunta are wonderful hosts and really made us feel welcome. And the cat was a big favorite of our family. Definitely recommend this villa and will definitely stay again.

Felt like home!!

Beautiful property. Quiet, lovely. The hosts took care of us like family. Best hosts we've ever had. Left fruit and wine for us. Samples from the garden as well! Will deginitely stay here again when coming back to Puglia. Location excellent for short drives to many restaurants as well.

Very nice villa close to the sea

We enjoyed 12 sunny days at Antonio‘s and Assunta‘s villa. They were very friendly and always supportive. We were happy about the nice pool, the complete equipment of the kitchen with all the necessary tools, and the very spacious surroundings/garden area. Thank you very much. Definitely a recommendation to stay there.

Beautiful location

The place is just as wonderful as it looks. We rented it for our family of 5. It was clean, conveniently located, roomy, beautiful, etc. The pool is a plus on those warmer afternoons. Guiseppe’s parents showed us to the villa and were very kind and helpful. There was a big bowl of fresh fruits waiting for us and whatever fruit in season growing on trees, we were able to eat. I would go back any time.

A nice villa with a beautiful view

We are a group of friends that stayed at the villa for 1 week and had a lovely time! The hosts are super friendly and since we don't speak any Italian and they didn't speak any English we communicated through Google Translate, so easy and some funny misunderstandings 😅 The garden is beautiful, they have a friendly cat that hangs around outdoors, a big, clean and cool pool, nice sunbeds to hang out in and good places for shade. We grilled fresh fish in their outdoor kitchen and had dinners in the sunset. Really recommend everything! Thank you Antonio, Assunta and Giuseppe!

What a beautyfull Location

We arrived and one hour later, we felt like home. The house is very nice and the area around is beautifull. The owner are available at any time and incredebly nice and helpfull. Antonio is a great guy and Assunta can help you for anything you want to know, just awesome people. We stayed 14 days and where 5 adults und two litlle kiddies. The pool area fitts perfect in the dayli routine and the beach at pescoluse is gorgeous. Probably the nicest beach in italy. We will for sure go and stay another 2 weeks next year. Btw. I've been in 5 different location, with a similar setup (Pool and near beach and a dissent location) nothing beats this!

Lovely house and garden

Lovely house with super friendly and helpful hosts. The villa's location above the beach promenade is also great. Having said that, there were also a few small minuses, for example several of the outdoor chairs had minor damage, we never got the dishwasher to work properly. There was a nice welcome package (fruit, wine, water and snacks) and then the host brought fresh crossaints on Sunday morning - delicious. However, you shouldn't be energetic towards cats, as there were two small domestic cats that had to be fed, but they were cute! Thanks to Guiseppe and especially to his parents Assunta and Antonio.

Great property. Good size pool in lovely quiet surroundings.

Our stay in the villa was very enjoyable. Antonio and his wife were very welcoming and showed us all around the property as well as around the local area. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonio and he was always very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat and visit. The villa was spacious and the swimming pool was a lifesaver as there was a heatwave during our 2 week stay in southern Italy. The area was very quiet and tranquil. The villa was very secure too. The restaurants within the local area were very reasonable in prices. The sea was one of the best I've visited with crystal clear and water that felt warm. My only recommendation would be for the villa to have better air conditioning or ceiling fans in the bedrooms as it got unbearably hot at night. Overall we had a great holiday and stay in the villa and would like to thank Antonio for being such a great host.

Wonderful villa, friendly hosts near Puglia/Salento beaches

We loved this villa. It is a remote and quiet location, but still walking distance from the beaches and restaurants at Torre Vado and Pescoluse. The hosts live in the villa through the year, but rent it out during the summer. The hosts do not speak English, but their son coordinated our arrival. The hosts met us by car in a location by the beach, and then drove us up to the villa. The villa is not easy to find on the small roads, so their guidance was necessary, and you need to plan out a meeting carefully -- and you need to drop a Google Maps pin at the location to find it the next time, especially for finding at night. The challenge was part of the adventure. The property is gated, and there is just one remote for the gate. The pool is clean and a good size for relaxing (about 25 feet long). Two friendly pet cats hang out all day. Remarkably, the cats do not try to get in the house, and insects also were not a problem. The three bedrooms downstairs (below ground level) stay relatively cool, because of the design of windows opening out on stone walls that are always in the shade. The large decks are also comfortable, a mix of sun and shade. The two full bathrooms are clean and modern. The full kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts provided fresh fruit on our arrival and fresh croissants one morning. They were delightful and friendly. We strongly recommend an amazing family-run farm-to-table restaurant within walking distance: Home Restaurant Cucina di casa

Tolles Haus mit einem komplett neuen Pool und Poolbereich. Das Grundstück ist riesig und liegt sehr ruhig.Es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub.Alles war sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (vom Geschirr bis zu den Gewürzen), es hat nichts gefehlt. Es wurden jede Menge Handtücher in allen Größen und Extraliegetücher für den Pool zur Verfügung gestellt.Besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns Assunta und Antonio. Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, waren bei allen Fragen und Anliegen für uns da, waren aber nie aufdringlich. Wir werden Euch vermissen !!!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meraviglosa a Torre Vado, in Puglia. La Villa i giardini di Elias e um vero sogno: circondato da splendidi ulivi , in albero di ficht e fichi d‘India, immersa in un giardino curatissimo.C‘era anche un laghetto con i pesci che abbiamo potuto nutrire ogni giorno, e una dolcissima gatta che ci faceva sempre compagnia.La grande piscina era spettacoloare : sempre pulita , con comode sdraio anche dentro l‘acqua perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il Sole. La sera,l‘intera proprieta illuminata offriva un spettacolo incantevole, davvero da sogno. La casa era molto ben tenuta, pulita e completa di tutto- non mancava assilutamente nulla.Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Antonio e Assunta, che avevano preparato un enorme vassoio di frutta fresca con anguria, uva e tante altre specialita locali.Un altro giorno ci hanno addirittura sorpresi con una deliziosa colazione tipica Leccese: cornetti , pasticciotti e altre bonta.Un soggiorno indimenticabile, in una Villa curata e ospitale, con padroni di casa gentili e attenti.Assolutamente consigliato a chiunque voglia vivere la Puglia nel modo piu autentico e rilassante!

Une semaine parfaite!

Nous étions une famille de 4 adultes et 2 enfants et notre séjour à cet endroit a été tout simplement parfait! Nous avons été accueillis de la meilleure manière par Antonio et Assunta qui nous ont fait visiter, nous ont tout expliqué le fonctionnement et nous ont partagé des conseils sur la région. Nous nous sommes servi du bon emplacement pour visiter le Salento, mais nous revenions toujours en après-midi pour nous rafraîchir dans la fabuleuse piscine et pour nous reposer dans le magnifique décor extérieur. Restaurants, épiceries, plages de sable fin sont tous à moins de 5 minutes de voiture. Le jardin a été un gros coup de cœur. Le domaine est spacieux et bien équipé en tout. La communication avec les hôtes a été très facile et rapide. Giuseppe a eu la gentillesse de nous trouver une cheffe à la maison qui est venu nous enchanter avec de la cuisine locale absolument délicieuse. Un séjour que nous n’oublierons jamais. Merci pour tout!

Wunderschöner Ort zum Abschalten

Antonio und Aurelia empfangen uns sehr herzlich und kümmerten sich auch während des Aufenthaltes immer umgehend, liessen uns aber auch in Ruhe (sie stören nicht). Den Treffpunkt könnte man von uns aus auch gleich beim Haus vereinbaren - mit den heutigen Navis gut zu finden. Die Kommunikation via whatsapp mit Giuseppe und Antonio funktioniert einwandfrei.Danke Antonio für die Aloe Vera Kur - hat sehr gut getan!Wir hatten sehr viele Früchte erhalten, die wir leider gar nicht alle essen mochten.Sehr schönes, grosses Haus mit riesigem Garten. Der Pool ist nicht mehr der, der auf den Fotos ist, aber sicherlich so schön und angenehm. Man findet immer ein tolles Schattenplätzchen rund ums Haus. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss. Sicherlich aber kühler als im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, da fehlt nichts.Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Das Haus, der Garten und besonders die Gastgeber sind einfach bezaubernd! Besonders die Küchenaustattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Garten ist toll angelegt und der Pool ist groß und super gepflegt. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig aber auch ganz nah am Meer, gute Position für viel Ausflüge.Die Danke für die schöne Woche, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr erholsam

Das sehr schönes Haus mit riesigem Gartengrundstück und Pool ist ruhig, aber nicht einsam zwischen Torre Vado (Meer, ca. 2 km) und Morciano di Leuca (Supermarkt, ca. 2 km) gelegen. Man kann wunderbar am Pool oder an den vielen (auch schattigen) Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten rund um das Haus entspannen und am späten Abend auf der Dachterasse einen Sundowner nehmen. Zum Einchecken trifft man sich mit Antonio und Assunta (den Eltern von Giuseppe) in Torre Vado, diese fahren mit bzw. zeigen den Weg zum Haus. Dort angekommen fanden wir nicht nur ein sehr gut ausgestattes Haus, auch einen riesigen Obstkorb, viel Gebäck u.a. die typischen Pucce, Wein, eigenes Olivenöl etc vor.....Antonio und Assunta sind sehr herzlich und bemüht, dass man einen guten Aufenthalt hat, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Haus ist architektonisch interessant und klug gebaut, in seiner fast runden Form den Trullis nachempfunden: bei heißen Temperaturen ist es in den Schlafzimmer, die im Untergeschoss sind, schön kühl und dennoch belichtet, weil Fenster bzw. Türen auf einen von oben nicht einsehbaren unterirdischen, durch dicke Glasplatten von oben belichteten, Rundgang führen. Wir können das Haus bestens empfehlen....

Bemerkenswert gut!

Traumhaft gelegene Villa bietet Ruhe und Platz im Überfluss. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung komplett. Der Aussenbereich direkt um die Villa ist neu renoviert. Der Pool top sauber und gepflegt. Das ganze Grundstück sicher umzäumt.Ganz besonders bemerkenswert sind die beiden Gastgeber. So warm und freundlich, so ehrlich darum bemüht immer mit Rat und Tat zu helfen, jederzeit erreichbar, das ist einfach herausragend und ohne Gleichen. Beim Einzug war von Getränken über Früchte, Brot und Käse alles vorhanden, das ist ein Willkommen auf höchstem Niveau.Einzig die Lage der Schlafzimmer im Keller ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sie sind über Lichtschächte trotz der Lage hell mit Tageslicht versorgt und sind freundlich eingerichtet. Im dort sehr heißen Sommer hat die Lage natürlich Vorteile.Eine Randbemerkung, trotz Sat TV waren kein deutschen Sender zu empfangen.Fazit:Das Gesamtpaket ist außergewöhnlich gut, nahezu perfekt.Die Betreuung vor Ort unvergleichlich.Daher unsere volle Empfehlung.

Wir waren als Ehepaar mit unserem Hund in dem Haus! Nach einer perfekten Vorabbetreuung durch den Besitzer wurden wir durch seine Eltern Assunta und Antonio sehr herzlich empfangen. Die beiden waren immer für uns da und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch mehr verschönert. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und alles ist hochwertig! Der Pool ist immer sauber und hat eine tolle Größe. Das Haus selbst steht auf einem paradiesischen Grundstück mit einer Teichlandschaft und vielen Olven und Granatapfelbäumen - Ein Traum von Natur! Wir haben uns auf dem Gelände, im Haus, durch die Umgebung und vor allem durch die lieben Menschen sehr wohl gefühlt! Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir für das Gesamtpaket noch einen Zusatzstern vergeben!

Traumhafte Villa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Assunata und Antonio waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber und immer zur Stelle falls wir etwas benötigten. Gerne wieder!

Un Séjour Inoubliable dans le Sud des Pouilles

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et idéalement située pour visiter le sud des Pouilles. Assunta et Antonio nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, nous donnant l'impression d'être reçus par la famille. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
