We’re really pleased to hear that you found the check-in process simple and that the cottage provided everything needed for your short break, as well as enjoying the hot tub — it’s always great to know guests were able to relax and make the most of their stay. We are, however, surprised by some of your comments, as Romeo Cottage is regularly maintained and prepared to a high standard, which is reflected in the consistently positive feedback we receive from many of our guests. That said, we do take all feedback seriously. We will of course review the points you’ve raised with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure everything is in line with our expected standards. Some elements mentioned are subjective in nature, but we always appreciate guests bringing anything to our attention. This cottage is perfect for many types of groups to come families, friends, Groups all looking for a get away with private hot tub. We are great value for money and the cottage can sleep up to 5 guests. For opening up after covid its been a long time for groups to wait to go away and in preparation the cottage has just undergone a refurb with new carpet, new decor, new interior soft furnishings and a new bathroom area. Whats more spring is in the air with the outside patio with private hot tub all waiting guests. Hi Nicola thank you to you and your family of 4 staying at Romeo Cottage which is a lovely detached open plan charming cottage barn with traditional high vaulted beam ceiling. It has a spacious open plan ground floor living area complete with fitted kitchen, dining area with large table , lounge section seating area with LCD Freeview TV with French doors opening onto a patio garden with paved and grass area and parking. Fitted white bathroom with corner shower, toilet & sink. Free unlimited Wi-Fi provided. Outside is a large private luxury Hot Tub. First floor mezzanine cottage bedroom: 6ft luxury super king size bed the cottage has a wealth of exposed natural beams & a quaint charming bedroom area complete with bedroom units. Downstairs sleeping area partially screened off with twin beds. Lounge Area has a Sofa Bed, Romeo has everything a beautiful cottage should have including magnificent countryside views, this is a quaint cottage barn in natural surroundings with the added bonus of only being 5 minutes’ drive from the main town of Stratford-upon-Avon. The beauty of the countryside with the facilities of the town, perfect! Also from Romeo’s terrace complete with garden patio furniture. The cottage comes complete with free view TV, free Wi-Fi connection, new gas central heating system, electric hob & oven, crockery, cutlery & utensils. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, iron & ironing board. Hot water, central heating plus duvets with linen & towels are also provided Romeo is a beautiful cottage situated in a perfect location for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon and great value for money for a private detached cottage many thanks for staying

Hi Ladies it was so nice to have your group stay and nice to to hear of the 5 star reviews we have been getting on this cottage from guests. many of them returning back for another great stay with friends and family in a private hot tub cottage. you mention a sock! we did reply to your messages and gave the explanation for this and were available 24 hours a day during your stay as we are with all our great guests who stay. Its a lovely cottage works great for people wanting a great value holiday away together. Where the cottage is located in a lovely farm complet it has the hot tub in a private area and the most stunning sun sets. You only have to drive 5 minutes to the main historic town of Stratford upoon Avon. with all its history and local amenities. Great walks along the canal and the river with rowing and cruising also great value. For the little sock we are sorry and we know your group had the most wonderful time with your friends at the hot tub cottage.
