VILLA TUGARKA is a lovely decorated house that has 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning: one with a queen bed 160x200cm and TV, the second is an en-suite bedroom with a queen bed 160x200cm and entrance from outside, the third with 2 single beds 90x200cm and exit to the balcony, air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, TV, free WIFI and fireplace, together with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer.,private pool, play-house, great for families, max 6 per. On the closed balcony, there is an orbitrek and a bench with weights, as well as a pilates ball.
VILLA TUGARKA nicely furnished, beautiful villa situated in a small village Tugare is famous for cherries that grow in this area. You are within walking distance of the bakery, small store, two bars, all 20 meters away and the neighborhood is very friendly and safe.
You are only 8 km or 10 min driving far from the most beautiful sand and pebble beaches with the cleanest sea in Omis where you also have a lot of great restaurants, and important to mention only 21 km or 30 min driving far from famous town Split, so you are in a quiet and rural area but close to everything to fill your experience in Croatia best way.
Outside there is a pool of 30 m2, a sun deck between a few olive trees, outdoor dining furniture next to the barbecue, a wooden house with toys, and a play station.
This house is the best option for families or a group of friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tugarka! The villa was spotless, very well equipped and in a perfect location (10 min drive to Omiš, plus a few great eateries and shops within a minute’s walk). Check in and out were super easy and efficient as the owner met us for both and gave us lots of recommendations for our stay.

A lovely villa in a fantastic location

We were so impressed with this villa. From start to finish the communication was brilliant and Zeljana couldn't have been any more helpful with recommendations of what to explore in the area. The pool was a highlight for our 2 boys (12&10) and the villa was really spacious and clean. There is a butcher more or less next door and another small convenience store a couple e of doors away. Don't hesitate to book this villa.

Beautifully presented villa in the Croatian hills

We are a family of four with 2 kids aged 10 and 12 years old. We had a fantastic week at the villa and would recommend it if you want somewhere away from the crowds but in east touching distance of lots things to do. Zeljana was the most amazing host and her friendliness and attentiveness definitely contributed to our amazing stay. Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us with anything we needed. The swimming pool is great and was maintained impeccably. The villa is really well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The scenery is stunning and there are some great walks from the villa. There is a supermarket 2 doors down which was really convenient but you will need a car for the steep drive down to Omis (although really good roads).

Wonderful house in a very convenient location & super friendly host

Beautiful, spacious, super clean house with a fantastic outdoor space (including a great swimming pool) and off-street parking. Property location also makes it easy to get to all local attractions and beautiful beaches. A small but well stocked supermarket and bakery within 100 metres of the property add to the overall convenience. Host is also super friendly, sharing many tips and recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to explore the area around Omis/Split and beyond.

Toller Urlaub in Tugare/Omis 2020

Wir hatten dieses Jahr als 5 köpfige Familie Urlaub in der Villa Tugarka gemacht. Alles war super organisiert, toll und modern ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber. Auch in der aktuellen Corona Zeit war unsere Gastgeberin sehr auf Hygiene bedacht. Der Strand in Omis liegt nur 14 min vom Haus entfernt, das macht natürlich das ganze noch angenehmer da man schnell in der Stadt ist. Im Ort keine 2 min zu Fuß entfernt ist die Bäkerei (da bekamen wir unser leckeres Baguette jeden Morgen her) und direkt daneben ein kleiner Supermarkt. Zeljana unsere Gastgeberin war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns jede Menge Tipps gegeben. Fazit: Haus top, Pool mega top, Lage super, Menschen nett.....was will man mehr! Danke Zeljana das wir unsere Zeit bei dir verbringen durften und ein besonderer Gruß an unsere liebe Zazi (die Katze die auf dem Grundstück lebt). Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Late August stay

We stayed at the property for the last week in August. The property was the perfect size for our family of five. The decor is trendy and comfortable with all of the amenities you need. The pool is very welcome as is the outside shower, bbq and games room for the kids. Off street parking is really useful and large enough for our estate car. The local store and bakery are great for small essentials with a larger supermarket in Omis. There are some great restaurants up on the mountains as well as those down in the town. We would highly recommend this property and Ziljana was a perfect hostess! Thank you for having us and making us feel so welcome.

Ganz toll

Super schönes Häuschen mit traumhafter Gartenanlage. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Die junge sympathische Besitzerin ist sehr bemüht und herzlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Ich habe es privat auch weiter gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Un petit paradis !

Cette maison est un petit paradis, un petit nid douillet où il fait bon vivre ! L'intérieur est cosy, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, d'une propreté irréprochable, et rien ne manque : tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison ! Les extérieurs sont tout aussi parfaits ! Pleins de petits recoins selon les goûts en envies de chacun ! Piscine, solarium, salle de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, barbecue, ... Cerise sur le gateau : Željiana, la propriétaire, est adorable et très attentionnée !! Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable !!

Fantastic family villa in the mountains

We had an amazing stay at Zeljana's villa for a week with our 2 kids aged 10 and 12 years old. The villa is set in a lovely Croatian village up in the mountains only a 15minute drive from Omis. The villa was spotless clean with everything we needed and a modern chic interior design. The outdoor space around the pool was fabulous with a pool which was kept clean throughout our stay and a great awning which meant there was plenty of shade if we wanted it. There is a small supermarket only 25m down the road which we got all our supplies from for the week and there are some amazing walks from the villa if you have the energy. Our fabulous stay was in part due to Zeljana who was the perfect host. She was there to welcome us with a beautiful welcome basket and she answered any questions by text really swiftly which was so helpful. However she really did not intrude on our time and made a point of coming to clean the pool when we would be out so as not to disrupt our day. We would definitely recommend this for a lovely relaxing holiday!

Man muss es miterleben um mitreden zu können

Es war wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub den wir mit 4 Erwachsenen im Juni 2018 bei einer sehr liebevollen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin erleben durften, ZELJANA war da wenn man sie gebraucht hat und war sehr Gastfreundlich. Man muss nicht eine Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer haben um Urlaub an der Adria zu machen. In diesem kleinen Dorf nur 8km vom Meer entfernt entspannt man viel besser vom Altag. Vorallem ist alles in der Nachbarschaft vorhanden kleiner Supermarkt nicht teurer wie die großen, eine kleine Bäckerei, ein Kaffee und eine Pizzeria was braucht man mehr, vorallem wenn man meist Selbstversorger macht. Das schöne ist man gehört im Dorf gleich dazu und man kennt sich. Das Haus mit dem Pool für einen ganz allein und nicht einsehbar rundet die ganze Sache ab. Es ist alles liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, und wie gesagt eine super Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen wenn man dem Turistentrubel entfliehen will,

Der schönste Urlaub seit langem

Wir waren drei Wochen in einem sehr schönen liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Wir waren 4 Erwchsene, haben uns wohl gefühlt, vorallem bei einer so liebevollen fürsorglichen Gastgeberin. Auch die Buchung war unkompliziert, und liebevoll. Der Pool ist ein Traum, das Haus sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Alles ist gleich um die Ecke Bäcker, Supermarkt, Pizzaria, Kaffee. Das schöne man gehört gleich zum Dorf dazu. Eine sagenhafte Hilfbereitschaft von der Hausbesitzerin aber auch von allen irgendwie im Dorf. Man ist nicht im Trubel und am Meer ist man ganz schnell nur 8 Km die sich lohnen, aber der Pool ist so schön abgewand und sichtgeschützt von der Strasse und nicht einsehbar das man auch einen Tag dort verbringen kann. In der Nacht ist es vielleicht mal bisschen lauter in dem kleinen Zimmer von der Strasse her, aber nicht beunruhigend. Wir kommen wieder das ist sicher. Danke an die Gastfreundschaft

Tolles Haus, sehr umsorgte Eigentümerin!

Wir waren im Juni 2017 für eine Woche in diesem Haus, zwei Erwachsene und ein 13 jähriger Teenager. Wir hatten uns von Beginn an wohlgefühlt und dafür hat auch die Eigentümerin Zeljana gesorgt. Sie war immer zur Stelle wenn man sie gebraucht hat, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bemüht, dass es an nichts fehlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und das gesamte Grundstück sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Dieses Haus kann man bedenkenlos mieten und wenn man einen Mietwagen dazu nimmt, sind auch die 8 Kilometer bis zum Meer überhaupt kein Problem.

wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben im Juli 2016 zwei Wochen Urlaub mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Beschreibung des Objekts trifft voll und ganz zu. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet und die Außenanlage mit dem herrlichen Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen! Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung durch die Vermieterin und Verwalterin waren sehr herzlich und uns wurden viele Tipps hinsichtlich Ausflugs-, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Bei Rückfragen waren beide umgehend zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft! Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub!!! Vielen Dank noch einmal an Zeljana und Mirjana! Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht sieht man sich wieder ;-)

Exceptionnel

Séjour exceptionnel. La propriétaire est charmante et toujours disponible. La maison est très agreable, très joliment décorée. La piscine est parfaite. Et entretenue régulièrement. La maison est située en hauteur à +/- 15 min de la petite ville côtière d'Omis. Split est à 20 minutes et Dubrovnik à 3h30. Je recommande pour couples ou famille. On l'a conseille à tous nos amis.
